An interactive beverage dispensing system, including one or more keg style beverage connections and or containers, optional carrier gas assembly, optional temperature regulating housing for the one or more keg style beverage containers and the carrier gas assembly, a faucet assembly including least one faucet, a solenoid valve assembly having at least one solenoid valve a quick release system which connects each of solenoid valves to a faucet of the faucet, a quick release system which connects solenoid valves to the keg style beverage containers and the carrier gas assembly; a display interface system; and at least one processor. The system further includes memory storing computer readable instructions, when executed by the at least one processor to perform numerous functions. The system can be networked with one or more servers and can be integrated into known point-of-sale systems.

A beverage dispenser according to the present disclosure includes a display unit that displays a menu of beverages to be sold, a person detector that detects a person who selects at least one of the beverages, a person attribute determiner that determines attribute information on the person, recommended product determiner that determines a recommended product based on the attribute information, a display method determiner that determines, based on the attribute information, a display method of the recommended product to be displayed on the display unit, and a recommended product display controller that displays the recommended product on the display unit through the display method. Thus, a specific product can be displayed efficiently in a beverage dispenser to be used by an unspecified number of people.

Computationally implemented methods and systems include acquiring user information associated with one or more users for use in generating one or more customized food items that are customized specifically for the one or more users, the user information to be acquired including at least one or more user preferences related to integrity of one or more food ingredients to be included in the one or more customized food items; and directing generation of the one or more customized food items for the one or more users, the one or more customized food items having been customized to show one or more visual indicators that provide customized information that has been customized in accordance, at least in part, with the acquired user information. A computationally implemented system and method that is designed to, but is not limited to: electronically receiving user status information regarding a particular individual living being including living being identification associated with the particular individual living being to at least in part electronically generate, based at least in part upon the user status information, one or more selection menus electronically identifying at least in part one or more candidate ingestible products, the electronically generated one or more selection menus to be electronically outputted to provide, via electronically enabled input in response thereto, selection opportunity of the one or more candidate ingestible products subject to ingestion by the particular individual living being prior to selection of at least one candidate ingestible product as at least one selected ingestible products via the electronically enabled input in response to the electronically outputted one or more selection menus.

A climate-controlled vending machine is monitored using data analytics. The climate-controlled vending machine includes a primary storage unit for storing two or more items. A first slot of an item is determined to be available within a secondary storage unit of the climate-controlled vending machine. The secondary storage unit is a climate-controlled unit. A first item, of the two or more items within the primary storage unit, is transferred to the first slot of the secondary storage unit. The first item within the first slot of the secondary storage unit is altered to a first condition. A selection from a first user is received. In response to the reception of the selection of the first item, the first item is dispensed to the user from a dispensary unit, wherein the item is being of the first condition. The first slot is replenished with a replacement item from the primary storage.

Disclosed here are various embodiments to evaluate a device and present a price quote to the user by detecting a presence of a device in proximity to a wireless charger. The system can utilize a wireless charger to obtain information about the device while charging the device. The information can include the make of the device. The system can guide the user to navigate the device to provide additional information such as model, memory capacity, unique identifier, and carrier associated with the device. Based on the unique identifier, the system can determine whether device has been stolen. If the device has not been stolen, the system can determine a price based on information obtained from the device and can facilitate presenting the price to the user. If the user accepts the price, the system can facilitate purchase of the device.

Providing targeted advertising on food/beverage preparation or dispensing machines may include electronically presenting selected targeted media on or in proximity to a food/beverage preparation or dispensing machine. This may involve automatically activating consumable item preparation or dispensing mechanisms of the food/beverage preparation or dispensing machine, or activating an item selection menu, in conjunction with electronically presenting the selected media. The targeted advertising may be based on receiving user input such as information identifying a particular user or consumer or menu selections and then selecting the selected media based on the received user input. User interface elements may also be provided enabling a user to request additional information regarding selected targeted media be electronically sent to them or an order be placed for a related product. Compensation to a user or another entity may be activated each time the selected media is played.

In general, a smart door alarm and locking mechanism and methods for use thereof are provided for maintaining security while providing ease of access to a fuel dispenser. In an exemplary embodiment, the methods and devices are used in fuel dispensing devices for providing fuel to a vehicle. However, the methods and devices can be utilized in any device having a payment system where security and access are both required. In some embodiments, the described methods and systems include a door alarm and door lock kit that allow unlocking one or more doors in a housing of a fuel dispenser and simultaneously disabling or de-activating respective door alarm sensor(s). In a similar manner, the door can be locked and the door alarm sensor activated or re-activated substantially simultaneously.
