A coin-operated washing/drying machine including a cabinet and a coin box assembly disposed within the cabinet. A supporting structure is fixedly disposed within the cabinet. At least a bottom surface of the coin box assembly is fixedly connected with the supporting structure by a fastener. The fastener passes through from the interior of the coin box assembly and is fixedly connected with the supporting structure. The supporting structure is disposed within the cabinet; the bottom surface of the coin box assembly is fixedly connected with the supporting structure; the fasteners such as screws are thus invisible from an overall appearance. Since the coin box assembly is fixed to the supporting structure by the bottom surface to cause such a fixing structure to be hidden in the bottom surface of the coin box assembly, thereby achieving a good anti-theft effect.

The apparatus has a support rail that mounts to the area supports and a container engaging section that securely holds the container. The container engaging section has a static support assembly and a dynamic support assembly defining a container space for the container. The static support assembly engages one lip of the container. The dynamic support assembly has a dynamic support that connects to a moving mechanism so it will move along the support rail to engage an opposing lip of the container. A biasing mechanism biases the dynamic support toward the static support assembly to secure the container. The support rail can have a channel that encloses the biasing and moving mechanisms.

In one embodiment, a method for managing a cash machine having at least one deployed cash cassette having a picking assembly includes (a) determining that the deployed cash cassette should be replaced and (b) generating a cassette-replacement message in order to have a new cash cassette shipped to the cash machine to enable the deployed cash cassette to be replaced with the new cash cassette. In one implementation, the deployed cash cassette includes a cash store that stores currency bills, a picking assembly that retrieves currency bills from the cash store for dispensing from the cash machine and a cassette controller that controls operations of the cash cassette, wherein the cassette controller determines that the cash cassette should be replaced.
