20210043022 · 2021-02-11 ·

A self-service vending device and a vending method thereof, and a self-service vending system. The self-service vending device includes: a device body, a door, at least one shelf mounted in the device body, a weighing module, and a main control module. The weighing module comprises a micro-control unit and a weighing unit corresponding to each shelf. The micro-control unit and the weighing unit corresponding to each shelf are connected. The weighing unit is used for acquiring the weight of goods on the corresponding shelf. The main control module is separately connected to the micro-control unit provided on each shelf to obtain the weight information of goods on each shelf after the vending, thereby determining vending information according to the value of change in the weight of the goods on each shelf before and after the vending. Vending information is identified independently of RFID electronic tags, and thus the costs are low, and the present invention is easy to promote.

PRODUCT DISPENSING SYSTEM

A dispensing unit for personal care products and personal protective equipment includes one or more dispensing assemblies contained within a single housing. The dispensing unit may contain dispensing assemblies that independently dispense two different types of products. Each dispensing assembly includes an actuator that mechanically injects a time delay between dispensings. Products are bundled together with support structures that are removed when the bundles are placed into a dispensing assembly.

VENDING MACHINE AND TRANSPORT CARTRIDGE SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A vending machine system for loading and dispensing pre-baked unpackaged food including a fixed cartridge disposed in a refrigerator of a vending machine, and a transport cartridge adapted to removably attach to the fixed cartridge, the transport cartridge operable for holding trays of unpackaged food and loading the trays of unpackaged food from the transport cartridge into the fixed cartridge, wherein, when the transport cartridge is removably attached to the fixed cartridge, a front opening of the transport cartridge aligns with a front opening of the fixed cartridge, and wherein the rack of the transport cartridge aligns with the conveyor system of the fixed cartridge such that trays of unpackaged food within the transport cartridge can simultaneously be transitioned from the rack to the conveyor system.

Product dispenser with an s-shaped down chute

A serpentine product dispenser has a substantially S-shaped down chute between a cartridge containing rolling products, an exit port, and a lower feed channel leading to a product selection area. Jam-free feeding of cans from the cartridge is accomplished by forming the down chute in three arcuate sections. An upper arcuate section causes a first can falling through the exit port to impact a second can still in the dispenser, delaying motion of the second can, such that a third can follows the first can. A central arcuate section causes the first can to maintain rolling contact with a second can still in the cartridge, further facilitating the movement of the third can toward and into the down chute. A lower arcuate section directs cans toward the dispenser lower feed ramp and product selection area after they traverse the down chute upper and central arcuate sections.

DISTRIBUTION AND INVENTORY SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME

Systems, computer-readable instructions, and methods for dispensing and tracking medical products in various medical locations are disclosed. For example, the system may include a server which receives one or more requests for types of medical products from one or more client devices, determines whether the requested types and quantities are available in a dispenser and issues an instruction to the dispenser to automatically dispense the requested medical products and quantities. The server may receive confirmation after the types of medical products are dispensed from the dispenser and update a database. The server may receive unused and used medical product information from a client device and reconcile with restocked medical product information from the dispenser. Available types of medical products and quantities, usage reports and recommendations may be viewed via a Platform by one or more client devices. The dispenser may receive requests directly from a client device for medical products.

Systems, methods, and apparatus for facilitating module-based vending

Systems, apparatus, methods, and articles of manufacture provide for modular vending systems utilizing reloadable product dispensing modules, including, but not limited to, vertical product dispensing modules comprising a vertical conveyor and a mounting structure for releasably engaging with module holder structures of modular vending machines, and a central controller device for communicating with a plurality of modular vending machines.
