Autonomous concessions robots
Systems and methods for autonomous concessions robots are described herein. An exemplary concessions robot device may include a body comprising a dispensing container for holding one or more items to be dispensed, a motor, wheels, a communication interface that receives instructions sent over a communication network regarding a designated route, and a processor that executes the received instructions to automatically power up the motor, propel the body forward, and steer the wheels along the designated route. The items from the dispensing container may be dispensed at one or more points on the designated route.

The product storage unit also includes a transfer conveyer. A lift transfer device is included, wherein the lift transfer device is operable to remove at least one food product from at least one of the plurality of shelves and transfer the at least one food product to the transfer conveyer. And a microcontroller circuit communicatively coupled to a memory is included, wherein the microcontroller circuit is programmable to operate: the drive system, the transfer conveyer, and the lift transfer device.

An automated vending machine for vending, accepting returns for, and restocking, vendible products. Vendible products are stored on moveable trays, resting on a shelving system, and are transported within the automated vending machine by a gantry system and dispensing unit. The shelving system and moveable trays can be adjusted to accommodate vendible products of varying shape, size, weight, and durability. The moveable trays are gravity fed forward into position for being coupled with the dispensing unit when selected. A supplementary storage area for restocking products and storing returned products is included.

The locker system may include one or more configurable compartments that may be accessible via a set of set of doors that can be selectively coupled into larger doors. The self-propelled delivery vehicle may have a plurality of thermally insulated compartments that may be used to carry multiple items at different temperatures.
