Lightweight cloth cover suitcase
A lightweight cloth cover suitcase includes a cloth cover, a skeleton including a rectangular metal frame, top and bottom supporting plates respectively mounted at opposing top and bottom sides of the metal frame and adapted to support the top and bottom sides of the cloth cover, a slotted back panel adapted to support the back side of the cloth cover and a honeycomb panel mounted between the bottom supporting plate and the metal frame to enhance the mounting strength of wheel modules that are arranged at the bottom side of the cloth cover.
COLLAPSIBLE LUGGAGE
Disclosed herein is a construction for collapsible luggage which quickly allows the collapsible luggage to be placed in an opened or collapsed state. More specifically, each corner of the collapsible luggage contains a rigid panel which is foldable with respect to a base of the luggage. At least two opposing rigid panels have a corner portion of the panel exposed, allowing those panels to be folded downward first with respect to the other two rigid panels. The zippered top panel for the collapsible luggage can be extended over a top of the collapsible luggage to secure the collapsible luggage in the collapsed position.
Headband Travel Case
The disclosed device is a travel case that includes an internal projection for headband retention. The projection is sized larger than the relaxed position of standard headbands. Thus, when a headband is placed on the projection, the curved strip of the headband is stretched. The result is compression by the headband against the projection, holding the headband in position.
When held in place, any ornamental component of the headband is held in a position separated from the walls of the case. Thus, the ornamental component is protected from damage due to rubbing or crushing.
Multi-material structure and forming of a luggage case
A luggage case shell may be formed in a molding step. The luggage case shell may including an outer layer formed from a softer material, and a skeletal frame formed from a harder material. The skeletal frame may support the outer layer. A base frame may be joined to the outer layer and the skeletal frame. The base frame may support a telescoping handle and wheels. A foam layer may be positioned between the skeletal frame and the outer layer. Inner surfaces of the skeletal frame and the foam layer may be substantially co-planar. The outer layer and the skeletal frame may be joined in a pressing or molding operation. During the pressing or molding operation, the shell may also be shaped. The base frame or the foam layer may also be joined to the outer layer and the skeletal in the pressing or molding operation.
Frame structure for a luggage article
A luggage article may include first and second opposing panels each forming a major face panel, first and second opposing side panels each forming a minor face panel and first and second end panels. The panels together may form an article defining an enclosed space. At least one panel of the major face panels the minor face panels, or the end panels may define a groove adjacent to the periphery thereof. The luggage article may further include a first frame structure having a first frame member. The first frame member may define a ring structure positioned about the periphery of the at least one panel. The first frame member, the at least one panel, and at least one adjacent luggage panel may be joined together by a fastener positioned through the first frame member.
Folding suitcase
A folding suitcase includes a back case component, a front lid component, a peripheral side wall component, and a fold-resisting component. An accommodating space formed by the peripheral side wall component, the back case component and the front lid component is for being covered selectively. The peripheral side wall component has multiple first sidewall parts, multiple second sidewall parts and multiple bending parts connected to the multiple sidewall parts and the multiple second sidewall parts. The multiple bending parts are bendable to allow the multiple first sidewall parts and the multiple second sidewall parts to be folded oppositely or erected on the back case component. The fold-resisting component is elastic and includes a combined part and an extension part. The combined part is disposed at the multiple first sidewall parts. The extension part is detachably disposed at the multiple bending parts for selectively supporting the peripheral side wall component.
Suitcase
A suitcase includes a main body, a removable compartment, at least one first main fastening unit, at least one second main fastening unit and a plurality of fastening rings. The main body includes a containing groove. The removable compartment is movably located in the containing groove, and the removable compartment includes a base layer, a covering layer, at least one hole and an inner opening unit. The covering layer covers the base layer. The at least one hole is located in the base layer. The inner opening unit is movably connected to the covering layer, and the inner opening unit is used for allowing the covering layer to be opened or closed; when the covering layer is opened, the base layer will be exposed to the outside. The at least one first main fastening unit is located in the containing groove.
LIGHTWEIGHT FRAME STRUCTURE FOR A SOFTSIDE LUGGAGE CASE
A frame structure for a softside luggage case is provided. The frame structure may include a bottom pan structure, at least two spinner wheel assemblies coupled with the bottom pan structure, and a rear frame coupled to and extending from a rear portion of the bottom pan structure. The rear frame may extend along at least a portion of a perimeter of a rear panel of the luggage case. The rear frame may include a pair of spaced apart elongate elements connected to and extending from the bottom pan structure. The rear frame may include a cross frame member coupling distal ends of the elongate elements together. The frame structure may not include a front frame structure.
SUITCASE COMPRISING A LID THAT OVERLAPS A SIDE WALL
A folding lid (3) is provided in a suitcase (1) comprising a suitcase body (2) that is delimited by a back wall (4) and by side walls (5) that adjoin said back wall and are arranged on two opposing narrow and long sides (7, 8) of the suitcase body (2) in each case, which folding lid is formed on at least one side (7, 8) of the suitcase body (2). The lid (3) can be connected to the suitcase body (2) by means of a zip fastener (14). One side wall (5) of the suitcase body (5) comprises a recess (12) in which an overlapping segment (15) of the lid (3) engages such that the overlapping segment (15) forms the side wall (5) of the suitcase body (2) at least in part. The suitcase body (2) may comprise a limiting element (13) in the recess (12), by means of which element luggage contents is prevented from falling out of the suitcase (1).
Collapsible rolling luggage
The invention relates to a collapsible luggage bag that improves maneuverability of the bag when a user is towing the bag and collapses to a reduced size to improve portability. In particular, the invention relates to a handle that is slideably interconnected to one or more stays such that the upper ends of the stays change position along the length of the handle as the handle retracts into the luggage. Further, the handle disconnects from one or more of the stays such that the handle, stays, and other frame components collapse and lie in a common plane. This collapsibility improves the portability of the luggage bag when the internal volume of the luggage bag is not used to store items.
