PINE CONE COLLECTION APPARATUS
A garden implement is directed to collecting fallen pine cones off the ground. The device has an elongated handle connected to a basket or cage having a bottom surface that slides on a ground surface. The basket or cage has closed sides, and an open distal mouth. The bottom surface may comprise a pitchfork with curved tines and forward points. In operation, a user pushes the basket or cage forward using the handle, and pine cones are collected for disposal. Side wheels may be added for additional versatility.
LEAF AND YARD DEBRIS COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION DEVICE
The leaf and yard debris collection and transportation device includes two lightweight rakes with cushioned handles, joined in an X-shape, thereby allowing the rake end of each pole to open and close with respect to the other with a scissor motion. To use the leaf and yard debris collection and transportation device, the user pulls the cushioned handles apart, opening the rake ends over a pile of leaves or yard debris, lowers the rake ends onto the pile and applies slight pressure with the rake ends, then pushes the handles towards each other, causing the rake ends to close, collecting the leaves and/or debris between them. The user can then move the collected leaves and/or debris to another location, such as a trash bag or green recycling bin, and pull the handles apart again, opening the rake ends and releasing the leaves and/or debris into the desired location.
Manure Rake Apparatus
An animal waste rake is described that separates waste from animal bedding such as wood chips or straw. The manure rake apparatus of the invention includes a shaker assembly that both vibrates and shakes the rake to expeditiously separate the manure from the bedding.
Jump pit sand leveling device
A jumping pit raking assembly includes an elongated member having a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a front side, a rear side and a bottom edge. A sand engaging member is attached to the elongated member and extends downwardly from the bottom edge. The sand engaging member engages sand such that the sand is smoothed as the sand engaging member being moved across the sand. A pair of carriages is provided and each includes an end panel having an interior side and an exterior side positioned opposite of each other. A first wheel and a second wheel each is rotatably coupled to the end panel and extends downwardly therefrom. A handle coupled to the end panel.

Waste receptacle holding device
A waste receptacle holding device provides a handle being attached to a pair of hoops which engage each other to entrap a waste bag in between. The waste bag is then used to collect yard debris such as grass, leaves, and twigs while a user grasps the handle. An additional embodiment of the waste receptacle provides a rake head which may be removably attached to a top end of the handle to enable a user to perform a raking task when desired.

HAND TOOLS HAVING A PROTECTIVE HAND GUARD
Hand tools having a hand guard for protecting a user's working hand are provided. In one embodiment, the hand tool may be a paint roller that includes a roller assembly having a proximal end and an opposite distal end, and a hand guard attached to the roller assembly. The roller assembly may include a handle portion extending from the proximal end of the roller assembly, and a support portion extending from the distal end of the roller assembly to the handle portion. The support portion may include a support arm assembly attached to the handle portion and a cover support positioned at the distal end of the roller assembly and rotatably attached to the support arm assembly. The hand guard may be positioned over a top surface of the handle portion and may include a plurality of walls defining an interior space configured to receive a user's hand therein.

Leaf and lawn debris removal apparutus
A leaf removal apparatus designed to safely and efficiently remove leaves, twigs and other debris from lawns. When pushed independently or mounted flush with the front facing blade of a lightweight snow shovel, long pole, or other long pole tool, the apparatus can be used by a person walking behind the device and pushing it in a snow plowing motion eliminating the need for raking and saving time. It may be formed of cardboard, plastic, lightweight metal, screen or other appropriate material. This apparatus is a one-piece device comprised of a flat or pouched gathering area with each side curved or folded inward to hold in the leaves and other yard waste. The apparatus may be attached to the long pole device, most appropriately to a snow shovel, with slots, brackets, tape, hooks, Velco, clips, straps, ties or other suitable attachment methods. The apparatus may be varying height and width. When pushing the device in a snow plowing motion, leaves are pushed upward and forward removing debris from the lawn and depositing into large piles for disposal.
