Device for connecting two rakes
A device for connecting two rakes to gather and/or pick up loose materials is disclosed. The device has a first handle attachment and a second handle attachment. The first handle attachment has a first projection and a first recess. The second handle attachment has a second projection and a second recess. The first projection is removably receivable in the second recess and the second projection is removably receivable in the first recess to join the first handle attachment to the second handle attachment. When the first projection is received in the second recess and the second projection received the first recess the first and second handle attachments are positionable in an open position where the first bottom end of the first attachment is spaced apart from the second bottom end of the second attachment and a closed position where the first bottom end is adjacent the second bottom end.

Rake Assembly
A rake assembly includes a raking unit that may be manipulated thereby facilitating the raking unit to rake debris. The raking unit has a first half and a second half. Each of the first half and the second half is positionable in a closed position. Thus, each of the first half and the second half grips the debris thereby facilitating the debris to be selectively dumped. A closing unit is movably coupled to the raking unit and the closing unit may be manipulated. The closing unit is operationally coupled to each of the first half and the second half. Thus, the closing unit selectively positions each of the first half and the second half in the closed position when the closing unit is manipulated.

Ski device for use with a snow removal device
A ski device for use in combination with a snow removal device (such as a roof rake). The ski device includes ski portions that may be used to protect a surface (such as a roof surface) from damage by preventing a head of the snow removal device from directly contacting and scraping along the surface from which snow, ice, and/or debris is to be removed. The ski device also allows the amount of clearance between the head of the snow removal device and the surface to be adjusted. This allows a user to position the ski device to provide for a desired amount of clearance, which allows for adjustment of the amount of snow, ice, and/or debris that is to be removed, as well to allow for clearance of other structures (such as rain deflectors, etc.) on the surface.

Leaf rake
A head assembly for a rake is provided. The head assembly includes a base portion, a handle coupling, and a number of tines. Each tine includes an elongated body. Each tine body includes a first end, a flexure portion, an offset portion, and a distal second end. The tines includes a first set of tines and a second set of tines. A number of tine bodies in the first set of tines have an offset portion lateral cross-sectional aspect ratio that is greater than 1.0. A number of tine bodies in the second set of tines have an offset portion lateral cross-sectional aspect ratio that is less than 1.0.
