A portable toilet facility generally includes an enclosure comprising a floor, a ceiling, at least one side wall, and at least one door positioned within the at least one side wall, a holding tank disposed inside the enclosure for the storage of waste, and at least one toilet structure disposed inside the enclosure, the at least one toilet structure being in fluid communication with the holding tank. The portable toilet facility further includes at least one lock disposed within the enclosure, the at least one lock preventing and allowing selective access to the toilet structure.

The present invention relates to a system for managing the pick-up and delivery of at least one handy object, for example a key of a vehicle, comprising: a storage provided with a plurality of cells and a panel frontally positioned with respect to the storage and provided with a door of access to at least one cell of the storage. The storage can be moved with respect to the panel in order to provide a first cell of the storage at said access door. The system also comprises means for recognizing the key and/or reading information on said key or on a key holder. The recognition means operate within said first cell and are arranged in proximity to the access door. The system also comprises a device for authenticating a user and a control unit connected to the storage, to the door, to the recognition means and to the authentication device. The control unit is configured for allowing the authentication of a user and, in case of positive outcome of the authentication, allowing the access to said first cell in order to pick up or deliver a key of a vehicle.

A network of collection, charging and distribution machines collect, charge and distribute portable electrical energy storage devices. To charge, the machines employ electrical current from an external source. As demand at individual collection, charging and distribution machines increases or decreases relative to other collection, charging and distribution machines, a distribution management system initiates redistribution of portable electrical energy storage devices from one collection, charging and distribution machine to another collection, charging and distribution machine in an expeditious manner.
