Real-time transaction and receipt processing systems
A transaction processing system for performing one or more steps of a method is disclosed. The system may receive user receipt preferences including rules specifying whether or not a user wants a receipt. The system may also receive (i) a purchase authorization request associated with an attempted purchase and (ii) user device location data. The system may further set a receipt flag corresponding to the receipt status. If the system determines that the transaction is to be authorized, it attaches the receipt flag to the authorization message and transmits the authorization message to the merchant. Alternatively, if the system determines that the transaction is not to be authorized, it attaches the receipt flag to the cancellation message and transmits the cancellation message to the merchant.
PORTABLE KIOSK BASE
The invention is generally directed to a portable kiosk base that can be used for a variety of purposes, such as (but not limited to) a parking kiosk base. The base comprises a support foundation and a series of protective bollards positioned on the top face of the foundation. The foundation provides a support for a corresponding kiosk, while the bollards prevent damage to the kiosk from cars, vandalism, and so forth. It should be appreciated that the base can support any of a wide variety of kiosks, such as ticketing kiosks for parking and the like.
PAPERLESS TICKET MANAGEMENT SERVICE
When an electronic ticket is purchased, the ticket is maintained electronically (paperless format) on a consumer-operated device via a ticket wallet application (app). Wallet app obtains ticket details via a scan of an image of the ticket captured from a display of a ticket vendor terminal. Only the wallet app maintains ticket details of the ticket; however, a ticket service cooperates with the wallet app to validate the ticket, to track redemption of the ticket, to authorize printing of the ticket, and to manage the ticket with other tickets of a consumer associated with consumer-operated device.

INFORMATION PROCESSING SERVER, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, DETERMINATION DEVICE, AND METHOD
An information processing server for managing a ticket, including: a server storage unit storing feature quantity data obtainable from biological information and created in advance, feature quantity identification information associated with the feature quantity data, and prescribed data that is identical to prescribed data stored in a determination device for determining a usage validity of a ticket; and a server control unit determining an item of feature quantity data from a piece of biological information on a user who is to use a ticket, determine a piece of feature quantity identification information based on a comparison between the determined item of feature quantity data and items of feature quantity data stored in the server storage unit, generate a code to be attached to the ticket based on an assigned piece of ticket identification information, the determined piece of feature quantity identification information, and the prescribed data, and generate ticket data.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ROBOTIC TICKET SCRATCHING VIA LIVE REMOTE MOBILE INTERFACE
A robotic ticket scratching system includes a controller configured to receive a dispense command for a ticket dispensing machine; cause the ticket dispensing machine to dispense, based on the dispense command, a ticket having a scratching area; and receive user-provided signing data and user-provided scratching data from the application server. The robotic ticket scratching system further includes a robotic scratching mechanism configured to scratch, or remove an opaque substance from, the scratching area of the ticket in accordance with the user-provided scratching data.
GAMING SERVICE AUTOMATION SYSTEM WITH GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE
A robot management system (RMS) includes a plurality of service robots deployed within an operations venue that includes a plurality of gaming devices, an operator terminal presenting a graphical user interface (GUI) to an operator, and a robot management system server (RMS server) configured in networked communication with the plurality of service robots. The RMS server is configured to: identify location data for the service robots; create an interactive overlay map of the operations venue that includes a static map of the operations venue, overlay data showing the location data of the plurality of service robots over the static map, and an interactive icon for each service robot of the plurality of service robots; display, via the GUI, the overlay map; receive a first input indicating a selection of a first interactive icon associated with a first service robot; and display current status information associated with the first service robot.
