Emergency medical services (EMS) visual light guidance aiding device to guide EMS to a specific location
An emergency medical services (EMS) visual light guidance aiding device is disclosed. The EMS visual light guidance aiding device is configured to aid EMS personnel in guidance to a specific location without maps, apps, or other conventional guidance mechanisms.
FIRST RESPONSE LOCATOR SYSTEM
A first response locator system includes a portable emergency locator device having functionality for being carried by an individual and being positioned within a housing. The locator device including a plurality of lighting elements that generate light in a plurality of different colors. The device includes a speaker for generating an audible sound. The lighting elements and speaker are controlled by an internal controller having a communication unit that receives operating instructions from a remote operation device. The housing is adapted for use with an existing mailbox or other outdoor structure and includes mounting hardware for securement thereto.
Portable marine beacon system
Disclosed is a portable marine beacon system, including: at least one transmitter, at least one receiver conducting radio frequency (RF) wireless communication with the at least one transmitter to receive data of the at least one transmitter, and at least one smart handheld device wirelessly communicating with the at least one receiver to assess and process data from the receiver through Wi-Fi communication. The smart device comprises a central processing unit (CPU), a main memory, and a touch screen. The main memory stores a marine beacon manager application (App), and the touch screen is operated to instruct the CPU to execute the App, such that a transmitter management interface, an activity planning interface, a security patrol interface, and a record playback interface can be operated through the touch screen to provide for personal real-time tracking and functions of distress alert and precautionary safety protection for offshore and onshore positioning/rescuing.
Personal emergency rescue beacon device
A personal emergency rescue beacon device. The device includes a balloon operably connected to a helium supply tank which is disposed within a waterproof housing. The waterproof housing is securable to a user's clothing via a clip fastener, or alternatively may be kept in a user's bag. A control operably connected to the helium supply tank is configured to automatically inflate and release the balloon when activated. The balloon includes a light source thereon that is configured to flash in a desired pattern for increased visibility. The balloon is affixed to a tether having a retraction mechanism that can be used automatically retract the balloon when actuated. The control is further operably connected to a GPS module that is configured to determine and transmit a location of the housing via a wireless transceiver to an emergency services department or other remote locations.
System, Device, and Method of Detecting Dangerous Situations
A safety device, and more particularly a device or system of devices for detecting dangerous situations such as the act of drowning of an individual in a body of water or a child that suddenly goes missing or otherwise inactive in a defined area, and issuing a warning to others that the potential dangerous situation is taking place so that the individual can be rescued.

Multi-utility beverage holder with electronic systems
The present invention discloses a multi-utility beverage holder comprising a main body made up of molded plastic material. The main body has a top surface and a bottom surface. The main body further includes a top cap provided at top surface and a bottom cap provided at bottom surface. Additionally, the main body is designed to house electronic systems, comprising a network communication system configured to communicate with external devices. The net communication system includes a microprocessor in conjunction with a global positioning system transmitter and network communication system. The network communication system is configured to generate an emergency distress signal played out by an alarm system. The main body further includes power sources including a battery power source and a solar power system for addressing different power requirements. Additionally, the main body comprises a lighter system configured to create a flame to ignite a combustible material.
THREAT IDENTIFICATION DEVICE AND SYSTEM WITH OPTIONAL ACTIVE COUNTERMEASURES
Threat identification devices, systems, and methods are disclosed which identify and locate various threats and provide a variety of countermeasures to reduce the loss of life in an attack. In one implementation, a device is provided with a housing and a plurality of tubes coupled to and extending from the housing. Sensors are located within the tubes for sensing external conditions. A control unit is in electronic communication with the sensors. Upon detection of an external condition, the sensors transmit a signal to the control unit, which activates countermeasures, including rotating light sources to identify the location of the external condition as well as preferred escape routes. The control unit may also transmit signals to other devices in the environment, including video panels and speakers, to provide instructions.
SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING LOCATION ALERTS RELATING TO EMERGENCIES
Disclosed is a system for generating alerts communicated to emergency responders and/or contacts indicating a location of an incident. The system comprises a housing, one or more light sources, and a computing processor. A switch is located in the housing and configured to be accessible to a user. When the switch is actuated by a user indicating an incident, the processor provides power to the at least one light source to output light from the housing thereby indicating the location of the system. The system may also control a speaker to output an audible signal and a transmitter to transmit an emergency signal with location information to a device of an emergency responder and/or an emergency contact. The present invention may also be embodied in a software application that is implemented on a mobile device to thereby leverage the components of the mobile device to send alerts.
