System, method, and apparatus for coordinating resources to prevent human trafficking and assist victims of human trafficking
A human trafficking case management and mentoring system, Coming Home, is a centralized system that seamlessly links victims of human trafficking with a Coming Home trained and licensed case manager mentor via an app that is accessible to the victim via a mobile communications device. The Coming Home case manager mentor coordinates one or more supporting services based on the current situation of the victim. Forward looking services assist the victim in recovery from their life within a human trafficking environment. The app includes a plurality of configurable victim activated tools to facilitate victim access for the employment of emergency services and protective measures to facilitate the victim's safety while using the app. The victim activated tools may include a camouflage screen tool: a geo-fencing/tracking tool; a facial recognition tool; a reporting HT Distress reporting tool; and a direct 911 emergency tool.
Neighborhood alert mode for triggering multi-device recording, multi-camera locating, and multi-camera event stitching for audio/video recording and communication devices
The present embodiments relate to improvements to audio/video (A/V) recording and communication devices, including improved approaches to using a neighborhood alert mode for triggering multi-device recording, to a multi-camera motion tracking process, and to a multi-camera event stitching process to create a series of “storyboard” images for activity taking place across the fields of view of multiple cameras, within a predetermined time period, for the A/V recording and communication devices.

A light for use in a light fixture includes a light source adapted to produce light in an area including the light and a connector configured for connection to the fixture. The light further includes a communication apparatus configured to generate one or more signals indicative of a presence of a person in the area, and a controller that is operative to control the light source in a normal mode in response to the one or more signals.
Wearable Recording System With Memory Designation
A surveillance apparatus continuously records imaged data from a camera into a circular buffer in a local memory. When a record signal is received, the system records the video stream that was recorded before the record signal was received, and the video stream that is recorded after the record signal was received. The recorded segment is then write-protected, so that the surveillance apparatus does not overwrite the recorded segment. The recorded segment could then be sent to a remote memory via a wireless connection to free up local memory for future recording sessions.
Deterrent device communication system
A deterrent device communication apparatus is linked to a deterrent device. When the deterrent device is in a ready state, the communication apparatus cooperates with an intermediate communication device to establish a communication path with an emergency response center through which the holder of the deterrent device can communicate.
STREETLIGHT CAMERA
A camera can have a mounting socket configured to connect to a photodetector switch port of a streetlight for mechanically supporting a housing, a power supply receiving power from the port and an optical image sensor and lens arrangement mounted in the camera housing. A camera can have an optical image sensor and lens arrangement, a memory unit to store optical image data and a microcontroller unit to process optical image data. The camera can use a wireless network communications interface to communicate the optical image data by forming a network among similar wireless network communications interfaces from neighboring streetlight cameras.
Triggering actions based on shared video footage from audio/video recording and communication devices
Systems and methods for communicating in a network using share signals in accordance with various embodiments of the present disclosure are provided. In one embodiment, a method for communicating in a network may include receiving, from a first client device, a share signal including first image data captured by a camera of a first audio/video (A/V) recording and communication device and a command to share the first image data with a network of users; processing the share signal by comparing the first image data to second image data captured by a camera of a second A/V recording and communication device; and generating and transmitting an alert to a second client device associated with the second A/V recording and communication device when comparison of the first image data with the second image data indicates a person of interest is depicted in both the first image data and the second image data.
OUTDOOR SECURITY SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The disclosure includes a security system including an outdoor security device. In some embodiments, the outdoor security device comprises a housing, a light coupled to the housing and located within a hollow inner portion of the housing, and a camera and a lens coupled to the housing. In some embodiments, the security device comprises at least one directional microphone communicatively coupled to the camera and configured to determine a location of a detected sound whereby the camera performs a frame lock to capture an image associated with the detected sound.
NANOSATELLITE-BASED PROPERTY MONITORING
Methods, systems, and apparatus for nanosatellite-based property monitoring are disclosed. A method includes receiving satellite data related to conditions of a property monitored by a monitoring system; determining, based on the satellite data, that the property is at risk from a threat; requesting, from a sensor of the monitoring system, sensor data related to the threat; receiving, from the sensor, the sensor data related to the threat; and based on analyzing the sensor data related to the threat, performing one or more monitoring system actions. The threat may include one of a weather hazard, a security hazard, or a property damage hazard. The monitoring system actions can include sending an instruction to adjust a sensor or component of the monitoring system and can include sending, to a user device, a notification that the property is at risk from the threat.
