Method and system for consolidating events across sensors

A method may receive, in response to a first event, a first sensor data from a first sensor, and receive, in response to the first event, a second sensor data from a second sensor. The method may select, from among a plurality of event profiles, a first event profile. The first event profile may comprise a first condition matching the first sensor data, a second condition matching the second sensor data, and a plurality of conditions which, when met, indicate the occurrence of the first event. Conditions may include a sensor data, a time period, a user data, a sequence of conditions, or a combination of such data. The first event profile may comprise a first event notice to be provided in response to the occurrence of the first event. The method may provide the first event notice to a recipient indicated by the event profile.

The proposed method and system is a client-server system where client is an application monitoring and processing the readings of the sensors of a personal mobile device in a moving vehicle and when the possibility of a crush is predicted, transmit to the remote server a provisional alarm. If after a predefined time period a FALSE ALARM signal not received by the remote server from the client then an accident alarm ticket will be forwarded from the remote server to an emergency service center.

The monitor control unit is configured to receive the sensor data, the location data, and the orientation data. The monitor control unit is configured to determine that an event has occurred at the property and a location of the event within the property. The monitor control unit is configured to generate a graphical overlay based on the event, the location data, and the orientation data. The monitor control unit is configured to generate a graphical interface. The monitor control unit is configured to output the graphical interface.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MANAGING EXECUTION OF STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES BY AN OPERATOR TO ADDRESS ALARMS GENERATED BY A FACILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
20210375119 · 2021-12-02 ·

A computer assisted facility monitoring method provides users with predefined operating procedures that are recommended for addressing one or more alarms acknowledged by the user. The predefined operating procedures are created and stored prior to the occurrence of the alarms. In some examples, after acknowledging an alarm occurrence, the user may be provided with an option for bypassing or disregarding the alarm, as some such acknowledgements may have been for false alarms. In some examples, the predefined operating procedure may specify multiple action steps for addressing an alarm. In such examples, the user can close out or settle an alarm incident even without completing all of the action steps, provided the user enters a valid reason for doing so. In some examples, a user can batch-select a group of alarms, wherein perhaps only some of the acknowledged alarms in the group have corresponding predefined operating procedures.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ROBUST MAN-DOWN ALARMS

A system including at least one detector and a central station in two-way communication with the detector is provided. The detector can include an ambient condition sensing element, a motion sensor, control circuitry, and two-way communications hardware. The control circuitry can determine an alarm event based on a first signal received from the ambient condition sensing element and can transmit an alarm signal to the communications hardware during the alarm event. The control circuitry can also determine a man-down event based on a second signal received from the motion sensor and transmit a man-down alarm signal to the communications hardware during the man-down event. The two-way communications hardware can transmit at least one of the gas alarm signal and the man-down alarm signal to a remote location, and the two-way communications hardware can receive a status inquiry from the remote location.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ALARM SIGNALING DURING ALARM SYSTEM DESTRUCTION

A system and method provide for the immediate transmission of a potential alarm to a remote alarm signal escrow site and from the escrow site to a host station in the event where a control panel or an alarm signaling device is tampered with or destroyed by a disablement tactic, e.g., a “crash and smash intrusion.” A system and method may also send an alarm signal during such an attack by using predictive analysis of real-time events.

Interpreting presence signals using historical data

A method includes obtaining historical event data for events detected over a past period of time by sensors within a property, receiving a set of current event data for one or more events detected by one or more of the sensors within the property, determining that the set of current event data matches a pattern of events indicated by the historical event data, generating, based on the pattern of events, a confidence score for the set of current event data, wherein the confidence scores reflects a confidence that a person is not within the property, determining that the confidence score satisfies a confidence threshold associated with an action to be performed when a person is not within the property, and triggering execution of the action.

Method to notify a host the current position of a visitor

A method of monitoring a visitor is provided. The method comprising: receiving a first current position of a visitor device; determining if a first triggering event has occurred in response to the first current position; determining a host device associated with the visitor device; determining a first mapped position of the visitor device in response to the first current position of the visitor device; and transmitting the first mapped position of the visitor device to the host device.
