COMMUNITY-BASED RESPONSE SYSTEM
A community based response system for providing lay responders to cardiac arrest emergencies is configured to receive a notification of a cardiac arrest emergency including a location of a cardiac arrest victim, provide an automatic alert to portable devices in a vicinity of the victim, the automatic alert including a selectable control that enables user interoperation with the system, receive an indication from a lay responder, via a respective portable device, that the lay responder will proceed to the location of the victim, and in response to the indication that the lay responder will proceed to the location of the victim, provide at a display screen of the portable device associated with the lay responder a map including the victim's location relative to the lay responder, and a navigational route to guide the lay responder to the victim, and a dispatch text message notification.
PATIENT REQUEST SYSTEM HAVING PATIENT FALLS RISK NOTIFICATION AND CAREGIVER NOTES ACCESS
A patient request system includes a tablet computer that configured for entry of patient requests. The tablet computer is configured to display a first menu corresponding to basic request categories for a patient. The tablet computer is configured to display a second menu that corresponds to specific patient requests falling under the basic request category selected by the patient using the first menu. A server is configured to receive a specific patient request made by the patient. A notification device is configured to display the specific patient request to a caregiver. A patient request method is also disclosed.
Mobile monitoring system, mobile monitoring unit, and mobile monitoring method
A mobile monitoring unit adapted to monitor at least one premise is provided. Mobile monitoring unit is adapted to receive alarm signals from the at least one premise and respond to the alarm signals. Mobile monitoring unit includes a communication module configured to transmit a takeover instruction to another communication module of another mobile monitoring unit, such that upon receiving the takeover instruction, the another mobile monitoring unit is configured to receive the alarm signals and respond to the alarm signals. Further, a monitoring method for monitoring at least one premise is provided. Further, a mobile monitoring system adapted to monitor a plurality of premises is provided.
Devices, systems, and methods for monitoring controlled spaces for transitory uses
The invention includes electronic monitoring-device for monitoring controlled spaces, as well as systems and methods for such monitoring. The monitoring-devices may be battery powered devices, with various sensors and capable of wireless communications. Installation of the monitoring-device may not require any wiring. These monitoring-devices may be installed at a given controlled space to monitor that given controlled space and to electronically communicate occurrences of that given controlled space to various interested stakeholders, such as, but not limited to, a tenant of the given controlled space, facility operators of the given controlled space, the provider of the electronic monitoring-device, and/or third-parties (e.g., insurance companies, first responders, and/or law enforcement). The monitoring-device may provide details, information, alerts, reminders, notices, notifications, alarms, and/or the like to various authorized stakeholders of the occurrences within that given controlled space. One example of a controlled space is a self-storage unit.
DIGITAL FIND SECURITY SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM
Provided are a digital find security system, method, and program which can reliably make a report to an employee closest to an event point and allow the employee to more promptly rush to the scene. In a digital find security system (100), a control unit (110) refers to facility layout information stored in a layout information storage unit (114A), and calculates moving distances between a suspicious person and respective mobile terminal devices close to a position of the suspicious person on the facility layout. Then, the control unit (110) corrects moving distances extracted for the respective employees by adding correction coefficients and converts these into moving time distances, and transmits information regarding the suspicious person to a mobile terminal device (30) at the shortest moving time distance to the position of the suspicious person.
Information provided to parent regarding a called for child protection
The present disclosure describes a system, method, and computer readable medium for providing information of a calling party to an alert party, wherein the calling party is in communication with the receiving party in a communications network. The method includes receiving a message from a calling party to a receiving party and performing a lookup of information relating to the calling party in a database, wherein the lookup is based on an identifier associated with the message, Thereafter, an alert is sent to the alert party if the calling party information is unavailable in a contact list of the receiving party.
LOCATION BASED ALERTS
Monitoring system alert technology, in which monitoring system data is accessed from a monitoring system that is located in a property of a user and the monitoring system data is analyzed against one or more rules that define alerts provided for the monitoring system. Based on the analysis, a determination is made that an alert for the monitoring system is needed and conditions for providing the alert are accessed. Location of a mobile device of a user associated with the monitoring system and timing related to providing the alert are monitored. The monitored location of the mobile device and the monitored timing are analyzed with respect to the accessed conditions. Based on the analysis, a determination is made that the accessed conditions for providing the alert are met and the alert is output at the mobile device.
Dynamic determination of a geographically dispersed group for alert resolution
Described herein are techniques for receiving an alert associated with an entity and dynamically determining, based on the alert and on substantially real-time attributes for the entity, a geographically dispersed group in which each member of the geographically dispersed group either is a device associated with the entity or shares at least one attribute with the entity. The techniques further include requesting information about the entity from the geographically dispersed group, receiving information from at least a subset of the group, and taking action responsive to the alert based on the received information.
Emergency reporting device and system thereof
The present application provides an emergency reporting device and a system thereof. The emergency reporting device includes a receiving module, a communicating module and a controlling module. The receiving module communicates with an external emergency transmitting device so as to receive reporting information. The communicating module communicates with an external communications device which includes an emergency contact list. The controlling module determines whether notification information is transmitted to the communications device from the communicating module according to the reporting information. The controlling module can be passively triggered or can be proactively detecting. The notification information is used to trigger the communications device to contact a contactor in the emergency contact list. As such, an emergency reporting device and a system thereof informs a contactor in another place of conditions of an operator using the emergency transmitting device immediately and allows the contactor to learn the operator's conditions quickly.
Caregiver monitoring system
A system for providing care to a ward that alerts a caregiver of the caregiver's capacity to deal competently with the ward's needs.
