ALARM AND FIRST RESPONDER SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND DEVICES
An emergency sensor system comprising: a plurality of environmental sensors; a local monitoring station (LMS) connected to each of the plurality of environmental sensors, the LMS comprising a transceiver, a processor, and a memory having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by the processor, control the processor to execute a method comprising: receiving, from at least one of the plurality of environmental sensors, sensor data indicative of an environmental state proximate the at least one environmental sensor, analyze the sensor data, and output, to a remote responder system, an alert based on the sensor data.
Automated robot alert system
A robot alert system includes a robot server that receives contextualized sensor data from one or more mobile robots and generates alerts to one or more individuals according to a set of configured alert rules. The contextualized sensor data includes location data indicating a location of the mobile robot and sensor data obtained by the mobile robot representing sensed conditions of an environment associated with the location. The robot server accesses staff member data associated with each of a plurality of staff members from a staff member database and accesses a set of stored alert rules specifying alert criteria for triggering the alert. Responsive to determining that the contextualized sensor data meets the alert criteria for s target staff member, the robot server generates and transmits an alert to a client device associated with the target staff member.
IDENTIFYING EMERGENCY RESPONSE VALIDITY AND SEVERITY
One example method of operation may include identifying a plurality of emergency reporting entities located at an emergency location based on one or more received emergency communications, determining whether one or more of the emergency reporting entities have provided valid emergency response data, determining a level of severity of the emergency response data, and transmitting one or more notifications to one or more emergency response entities based on the level of severity and a type of emergency.
Operating a fire system network
Methods, devices, and systems for operating a fire system network are described herein. One method includes receiving a plurality of time-slotted maintenance messages over a period of time from each of a plurality of fire system devices located in a facility via a first spreading factor, receiving an event message from a fire system device of the plurality of fire system devices responsive to the fire system device determining a fire event, the event message sent via a second spreading factor, and sending a block actuate message to the plurality of fire system devices responsive to receiving the event message, wherein the block actuate message is configured to activate a fire alarm.
Cross-client sensor user interface in an integrated security network
An integrated system includes a system user interface (SUI) that provides an iconic, at-a-glance representation of integrated security system status. The SUI is for use across all client devices including mobile or cellular telephones, a mobile portal, a web portal, and a touchscreen device. The SUI includes a number of display elements presented across all types of client devices for monitoring status of the integrated security system. The display elements of the SUI include an orb icon, text summary, security button, device warnings, system warnings, interesting sensors, and quiet sensors. The SUI thus provides system status summary information agnostically across all clients. Additionally, the SUI provides consistent iconography, terminology, and display rules across all clients as well as consistent sensor and system detail across clients.
EVENT DEVICE OPERATION
Devices, systems, and methods for event device operation are described herein. In some examples, one or more embodiments include a mobile device comprising a user interface, a memory, and a processor to execute instructions stored in the memory to receive a signal from a control panel of a control system in response to the mobile device connecting to the control panel, generate, based on the signal, an event device analysis for a number of event devices included in the control system, display, via the user interface, the event device analysis, in response to a selection of a fault corresponding to an event device from the list of event devices having faults, display a diagnostic guide to remedy the fault, and control, in response to an input to the user interface, at least one of operation of the control panel and an event device of the number of event devices.
EVENT DEVICE SYSTEM OPERATION
Devices, systems, and methods for event device system operation are described herein. In some examples, one or more embodiments include a controller comprising a memory and a processor to execute instructions stored in the memory to transmit, to a plurality of event devices via a power line communications (PLC) protocol, a synchronization message according to a predetermined schedule to cause the plurality of event devices to synchronize timing of the plurality of event devices with the controller, transmit, to the plurality of event devices via the PLC protocol, a command according to the predetermined schedule, and receive, from the plurality of event devices via the PLC protocol, a response to the command according to the predetermined schedule.
Fire safety device address and location verification
A system includes a plurality of remote addressable devices, each remote addressable device of the plurality of remote addressable devices being individually programmed with configuration data of the respective addressable device. Each remote addressable device includes a radio frequency (RF) transceiver to transmit a RF signal encoded with an address and a physical location of the remote addressable device transmitting the RF signal. The system further includes a plurality of bases. Each base of the plurality of bases includes a RF sensor for receiving the RF signal from the RF transceiver of the corresponding remote addressable device subsequent to the remote addressable device being positioned in the base.
Determining emergency severity and response strategy
One example method of operation may include receiving potential emergency event communications from one or more emergency monitoring entities targeting a potential emergency location, comparing the potential emergency event communications to one or more emergency event thresholds, determining a level of severity of the potential emergency event, and transmitting one or more notifications to one or more emergency response entities based on the one or more emergency events thresholds being exceeded and the level of severity.
Systems and methods for providing secure communications between groups of users
The present invention exists as a mobile application and includes systems and methods for allowing users and authority figures to communicate. Tenants living within a community are grouped by a site ID. Authorities such as security guards or law enforcement are assigned an organization ID corresponding with the site ID for the community they serve. Tenants may make requests through the application to authorities with a matching ID comprising anonymous reports, live chat, live calls, or dispatch to a certain location. Tenants may also bypass the corresponding authorities and contact a 911 dispatcher directly. Certain requests may open a direct line of communication between an authority and a tenant. Other requests, including anonymous reports and dispatches, may be sent to all authority figures with an organization ID matching the requesting tenant's site ID. Authorities may send broadcasts through the application to tenants with a matching ID. All communications are encrypted.
