EVENT DETECTION USING DISTRIBUTED EVENT DEVICES

Devices, systems, and methods for event detection using distributed event devices are described herein. In some examples, one or more embodiments include a first event device and a second event device, where the first event device is configured to detect an event in an area and wirelessly transmit a notification of the detected event and location information associated with the first event device to the second event device, and where the second event device is configured to receive the notification of the detected event and the location information from the first event device, determine whether the location information matches a location included in a database in response to receiving the detected event, and perform an activation action responsive to determining the location information matches a location included in the database.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for detecting an intrusion at a premises. One of the methods includes determining, by an intrusion detection system and using data captured by one or more sensors that are physically located at a premises, a predicted intruder physical location of a likely intruder at the premises; determining, by the intrusion detection system, a predicted non-intruder physical location of a person at the premises who is not the likely intruder; selecting, by the intrusion detection system and using the predicted intruder physical location and the predicted non-intruder physical location, one or more shared sensors from a plurality of sensors physically located at the premises, the plurality of sensors including the one or more sensors; and providing, by the intrusion detection system and to another system, data captured by the one or more shared sensors.

Autonomously mobile outdoor device with a surveillance module

A system consisting of a vehicle which is autarchically mobile in the outdoor area on a property and a surveillance module which can be attached to the vehicle, wherein the surveillance module has surveillance sensors for carrying out surveillance of the property. The surveillance module can be replaced with a work module. Plant care activities can be performed with the work module.

A building alarm system and automated door lock arranged to place the alarm system in an armed state when a door lock fails to engage to lock an associated door in a closed position. Activation of a single button by a user or use of specific code by a user to gain access to a building can cause the alarm system to automatically rearm and for door locks at the building to be locked after entry by the user. A first responder code can be used by first responder personnel to gain access to a building after an alarm system indicates an alarm state, e.g., that corresponds to an emergency condition.

Enhanced emergency response

Disclosed is a back-end system for emergency response, and a corresponding front-end system. The back-end system handles network communication to and/or from multiple information sources for gathering emergency response information from the information sources, including at least video data related to an emergency and/or security situation and additional emergency response information. The back-end system extracts subsets of information from the emergency response information at least partly based on input originating from one or more users and/or operators. The back-end system is configured to perform processing of the emergency response information to enable formation of a common overview of the emergency and/or security situation valid for different users/operators, while also enabling the emergency response information and/or extracted subsets thereof to be processed, compiled and/or filtered, and/or presented to a specific user and/or operator in a way that is customized for the specific user and/or operator of the emergency response system.

5G mobile device based regional patrolling over highways

In an approach to 5G mobile device based regional patrolling over highways, a fifth generation (5G) mobile ad-hoc network is enabled based on data received from checkpoints. A 5G traffic channel is connected between the 5G mobile ad-hoc network and a virtual network function (VNF). Responsive to detecting that a vehicle containing a 5G UE device is in the ad-hoc network, a 5G traffic channel is connected between the UE device in the vehicle and the VNF. Responsive to receiving location information from the UE device in the vehicle, the location trajectory for the vehicle is determined. Responsive to determining that the location trajectory for the vehicle is improbable, a signal is sent to a patrol manager, where the signal includes a last received location for the vehicle.

NOTIFICATION OF EVENT SUBSEQUENT TO COMMUNICATION FAILURE WITH SECURITY SYSTEM

Methods and systems for monitoring a premises are described. A server external to the premises may be in communication with a system at the premises. The server may receive status data from the system from one or more interfaces. If a loss of communication occurs on one interface, then the status data may be received via a second interface. The server may determine timing information for status data received via the first interface and for status data received via the second interface. The server may send, based on the timing information, a message to a computing device indicating the loss of communication.
