20230217228 · 2023-07-06 ·

A community safety system (CSS) including a notification management entity (NME) comprising servers, the NME communicatively coupled to multiple user devices and one or more administrator devices (collectively, registered user devices). The CSS includes a plurality of registered users, wherein each registered user is associated with an organization, and a user category of a set of user categories. The NME may maintain a list of the registered users and associated information. The registered users may have user devices including a CSS application operating thereon. In some embodiments the CSS enables inter-organizational communication, allowing for members of a first organization to provide alerts that the NME can pass to a second organization when the registered user is physically located within a security zone associated with a second organization but not a member of the second organization.

A system and methods comprise a gateway that includes a processor coupled to a security system at a premises. A touchscreen at the premises is coupled to the gateway and presents user interfaces. The user interfaces include a security interface that provides control of functions of the security system and access to data collected by the security system, and a network interface that provides access to network devices. A camera is located at the premises and coupled to the gateway via a plurality of interfaces. A security server at a remote location is coupled to the gateway. The security server comprises a client interface through which remote client devices exchange data with the gateway and the security system

Determining operations for a smart fixture based on an area status

Systems and methods for determining operation commands for a fixture within an area of a facility. One example system includes a processor configured to: receive, from a first fixture associated with an area within a facility, operational data related to an operation of the first fixture; receive, from a second fixture associated with the area within the facility, environmental data related to a condition of the area; process the operational data and the environmental data through a status model to determine a status for the area, the status model trained with operational data and environmental data previously received from the first fixture, the second fixture, and other fixtures associated with the facility; determine an operation command for a third fixture associated with the area within the facility based on the status; and provide the operation command to the third fixture for execution.

Disclosed herein are apparatuses and methods for managing collaborations in an operation control center. An implementation may comprise identifying, using at least one sensor, a plurality of persons in an operation control center comprising a display device. The implementation may comprise retrieving, from memory, user profiles of a first person and a second person, wherein the user profiles respectively indicate security access rights and responsibilities of the first person and the second person and determining locations of the first person and the second person in the operation control center. The implementation may comprise allocating, on the display device, a first display area to the first person and a second display area to the second person based on the locations, the security access rights, and the responsibilities. The implementation may comprising notifying the first person or the second person of a security event on a display area.

COGNITIVE FIREFIGHTING ASSISTANCE

A processor may receive data regarding an emergency event. The processor may identify, using an artificial intelligence model, one or more features regarding the emergency event. The processor may determine that the one or more features are associated with one or more emergency response tasks. The processor may generate an action plan that incorporates the one or more emergency response tasks. The processor may output the action plan to a user.
