System and method for reporting the existence of sensors belonging to multiple organizations
A system and method for reporting the existence of sensors belonging to multiple organizations that are proximally located to a requested location. The report includes a first list of sensors that are unauthorized and discoverable and a second list of sensors that are authorized.
Communication system and method for using human telematic data to provide a hazard alarm/notification message to a user in a static environment such as in or around buildings or other structures
Systems and methods are disclosed herein for providing near real-time communication to a user based on analysis of various user and environmental telematic data. The system includes a user telematic sensor providing telematics data about the wearer. Also, the system and method include at least one building/environment telematic sensor configured to provide telematic data about the building and/or surrounding environment. The various telematics data is communicated and processed to provide notification back to the user such as a potential safety hazard. The safety hazard may be based upon sensed data specific to the user, specific to the user's environment, or combinations thereof.
SYSTEM AND METHOD PROVIDING EARLY PREDICTION AND FORECASTING OF FALSE ALARMS BY APPLYING STATISTICAL INFERENCE MODELS
A diagnostics and prediction system including a cloud system that continuously collects operating parameters from each of a number of environmental sensors and provides access to this data by a plurality of processing applications including (1) a predictive modeling system including (a) a health prediction system, (b) a sensor false alarm prediction system, (c) a zone false alarm prediction system and (d) a reporting system, (2) a system that diagnoses and predicts environmental hazardous areas and clusters areas based upon concentrations of CO in the site or building; and (3) a battery prediction system that predicts a battery life for the sensor.
OPEN ARCHITECTURE, REAL TIME, MULTI-INPUT THREAT CORRELATION
A system and method for combining the inputs of various sensors used in platforms, primarily those having a military use, having or making use of a number of inputs capable of determining information about an environment in which they are operating. Each input is configured to output a standardized set of information regarding its capabilities and the environment in which it is operating. A correlator is configured to adaptably process the information based on rules contained in at least one changeable correlation matrix and information contained in at least one changeable configuration file. The information, or simply an alert, is provided to at least one output that provides the information to a human operator.
SECURITY SYSTEM WITH SMART CONNECTION MODULE
Systems and techniques are described for a sensor designed to connect to and monitor devices in an ecosystem. In some implementations, a system monitors a property that includes the sensor configured to generate sensor data reflecting an attribute of the property. The sensor includes a host board that generates the sensor data and a core board connected to the host board. The core board identifies a type of the host board and communicates with a monitor control unit. The monitor control unit receives a request for firmware associated with the type of the host board from the sensor. In response, the monitor control unit accesses the firmware and transmits the firmware to the sensor. The core board of the sensor receives the firmware and stores the firmware. The core board receives the sensor data from the host board and transmits the sensor data to the monitor control unit.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING SECURITY SYSTEM INFORMATION USING AUGMENTED REALITY EFFECTS
Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium for providing security system information using an augmented reality (AR) effect, comprising receiving security system information from at least one security device in an environment, wherein the security system information is of a first type of security event. The implementations further include selecting, from a plurality of AR effects, a first AR effect that is configured to output information of the first type. Additionally, the implementations further include determining a three-dimensional location in the environment that is associated with the security system information. Additionally, the implementations further include generating, for display on a user interface, an AR object of the first AR effect at the three-dimensional location.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF MONITORING ALARMS FROM THIRD PARTY DEVICES
A server acts as an event analyzer for a home security or monitoring system. The server receives a signal from a remote third-party server, the signal including data relating to a condition detected by a device at a premises. The server determines whether the remote third-party server corresponds to a preexisting third-party server registration. The server determines whether the device corresponds to a preexisting device registration. When the remote third-party server is determined to correspond to the preexisting third-party server registration and the device is determined to correspond to the preexisting device registration, the server determines whether the condition detected by the device at the premises is an alarm condition. When the condition detected by the device at the premises is determined to be the alarm condition, the server transmits an alarm signal to a central monitoring station.
COMMUNITY-BASED SECURITY SYSTEM
A server accesses a security system profile of a first security system. The security system profile identifies a plurality of sensors connected to the first security system. The server identifies a second security system based on at least a first sensor of the plurality of sensors coupled to the first security system. The server then generates a notification sharing profile for the first security system based on the security system profile. The notification sharing profile indicates that the second security system corresponds to the first sensor. A first event triggered by the first sensor causes a first notification to the second security system.
ALERT RESPONSE TOOL
Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented to generate response information for an alert. One method includes an operation for detecting an alert based on incoming log data or metric data and for calculating information for panels to be presented on a response-alert page. Calculating the information includes calculating first performance values for a period associated with the alert, calculating second performance values for a background period where the alert condition was not present, and calculating a difference between the first performance values and the second performance values. Further, the method includes an operation for selecting, based on the difference, relevant performance values for presentation in one of the panels. The response-alert page is presented with at least one of the panels based on the selected relevant performance values.
