Apparatus and Methods for Distributing and Displaying Emergency Communications

Methods and systems are disclosed for event management, allowing authorized users or authorities to distribute and display communications on digital displays. In one aspect, an event management communications system receives event data sent from a detection system comprised of a network of sensors. The event management communications system processes the event data to determine an event perimeter, and then selects one or more digital displays based upon the event data or the determined event perimeter. Next, the event management communications system authors one or more contextual communications corresponding to the one or more digital displays and sends said one or more authored communications to said one or more digital displays, thereby allowing the one or more digital displays to display the corresponding one or more communications to a relevant, identified audience

Methods and apparatus for providing notifications in a media system

A system to convey user alert messages is disclosed. The system may have a alert service coupled between alert providers and a number of households. After receiving in the alert service an alert message from an alert provider, the alert service may alter the alert message to identify the household designated to receive the alert message. The alert service sends a notification to a home media system within the household designated to receive the alert message.

TECHNOLOGY FOR IMPLEMENTING A REVERSE COMMUNICATION SESSION FOR AUTOMOTIVE DEVICES

Systems and methods relate to, inter alia, receiving a set of sensor data from a set of sensors communicatively coupled to the electronic mobile device. The systems and methods may further include determining automatically from the set of sensor data that the collision event occurred during the operation of the automotive device. The systems and methods may further include initiating, in response to determining that the collision event occurred, a reverse communication session between the electronic mobile device and a collision management server. The electronic mobile device, via the initiated reverse communication session, may be configured to receive a first offer from a first service provider and a second offer from a second service provider. The first offer and the second offer are for servicing the automotive device by the first service provider and the second service provider, respectively.

COMPOSING AND TRANSMITTING CUSTOMIZED ALERT MESSAGES TO RESPONDERS

Systems and methods for directing an alert to responders are provided. Upon activation of an alert application on a user device, an options screen is displayed to a user. The user can select a report option, and a screen is displayed for the user to enter information into one or more required and optional fields regarding a threat or a risk event. Once the system determines that the required fields have been filled, the system automatically composes a customized alert message based on the received information, automatically determines appropriate responders to notify. The customized alert message is transmitted to the determined responders, and acknowledgement messages are received from the responders.

PARTICLE DETECTORS WITH REMOTE ALARM MONITORING AND CONTROL

The invention generally provides devices and methods for particle detection for minimizing human-caused contamination in manufacturing environments requiring low levels of microbes, such as cleanroom environments for electronics manufacturing and aseptic environments for manufacturing pharmaceutical and biological products, such as sterile medicinal products. Methods of the invention may incorporate wirelessly transmitting an alarm signal from a particle detector to a remote device, replicating a graphical user interface of the particle detector on an electronic display of the remote device, and passing one or more user instructions from the remote device to the particle detector via the replicate graphical interface of the remote device.

Multifunction emergency weather radio

The present disclosure provides a multifunction emergency weather radio, which relates to the field of emergency devices. The multifunction emergency weather radio includes a housing. A rear face of the housing is provided with a crank, the crank is of a three-segment design and includes a crank grip, a crank lever, and a rotary disk respectively. Two ends of the crank lever are respectively connected to the crank grip and the rotary disk. An interior of the housing is provided with a coil and a magnet at a position of the rotary disk. The rear face of the housing is provided with an accommodating groove corresponding to the crank. An upper end of the housing is provided with a rotary plate, and a side of the rotary plate is rotatably connected to the housing.

GUEST QUARTERS COORDINATION DURING MUSTER

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for guest quarters coordination during muster on a vessel. In an embodiment of the invention, a guest quarters coordination method during muster on a vessel includes initiating a muster event on a vessel and responding to the muster event, in each cabin on the vessel, by activating a television display in the cabin, retrieving a muster location assigned to the cabin and displaying the muster location on the television display.

Systems and methods for providing event notifications

Methods and apparatus for providing indications of received emergency alert messages to devices within a consumer premises are disclosed. In one embodiment, a consumer premise equipment (CPE) receiving one or more emergency alert messages from a content provider or managed network determines one or more alert responses for one or more devices of the consumer premise network. In one implementation, the responses are based at least in part on the received emergency alert messages themselves. The CPE issues one or more commands to one or more devices present within the consumer premises (which may be for example a home automation system), to indicate the one or more determined alert indication responses, such as auditory alert and visual alert by the one or more devices. Thus, users in the consumer premises may be made aware of an alert message outside of the typical means in which an alert is displayed, such as via a television.

PROGRAMMABLE SIGNAL GENERATOR AND RADIO CONTROLLER
20210153297 · 2021-05-20 ·

A programmable signal generator and radio controller for providing dispatch paging tone out frequencies to first responders and other selected areas. The signal generator is capable of performing tone-outs to various first responders and being cross compatible with prior and future evolutionary systems. The signal generator uses plain-text console interface and plain-text tone-out parameter definitions allowing programming without special software, apps, or Internet connectivity. The signal generator is capable of controlling operational functions of connected radio transceiver equipment including initiating and terminating RF transmission, selecting radio channel or frequency, and monitoring operational status of the transceiver. The signal generator is also capable of interactive communication with external third-party digital radio dispatch console systems via Ethernet network and TCP/IP protocol via an isolated network interoperability interface that implements a simple Application Program Interface (API).
