The system includes a first cylindrical pipe having one or more first materials attached to an outer surface of the first cylindrical pipe, a second cylindrical pipe co-axial with the first cylindrical pipe and having a diameter greater than the first cylindrical pipe, the second cylindrical pipe comprising one or more second materials disposed on an inner surface of the second cylindrical pipe, wherein the first materials generate one or more signals when the first materials come in contact with the second materials, and a digital logic circuit configured to receive the one or more signals as input, and generate an output based on the input, the output configured for actuation of the downhole devices.

DETECTION OF ABNORMAL AREA
An abnormal area is detected using an initial spatial weights matrix between pairs of air quality sensors in a plurality of air quality sensors distributed across a geographical area and air quality data for each air quality sensor. The spatial weights matrix utilizes a distance between pairs of air quality sensors and wind direction through the geographical area. The initial spatial weights matrix and air quality data are used to calculate a plurality of local moran's indexes, one for each air quality sensor. The plurality of local moran's indexes are used to divide the plurality of air quality sensors into four groups. The groups are classified as proper or improper, and the proper groups are identified as abnormal areas.

Systems and methods for repairing remotely recorded audio data
Systems and methods for wirelessly recording multi-track audio files. In some aspects, each performer is equipped with a local audio device capable of locally recording the respective performer's audio while also transmitting it to a master recorder. Functions of the local audio device may be adjusted remotely. The locally recorded audio may be used to repair or replace any audio lost or corrupted during transmission to the master recorder. Such repair or replacement may be performed electronically or via playback of the locally recorded audio. In other aspects, a master recorder is not required since all locally recorded audio may be combined or otherwise processed post-recording. Locally recorded audio may include identifiers to aid in post-recording identification of such audio. A multi-memory unit is provided to facilitate manipulation and processing of audio files. A method for automatically adjusting local audio device power mode based upon recorder status is also disclosed.
METERING DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM
The present invention relates to a metering data management system including a metering data transmission module configured to collect a piece of metering data and generate a message containing the piece of metering data and topic information corresponding to the piece of metering data, a plurality of buffer servers, each of which has a plurality of buffers to which different topics are assigned, configured to store the message in a buffer corresponding to the topic information, a metering data processing module configured to extract the piece of metering data from some of the plurality of buffer servers and process the extracted piece of metering data, and a broker server configured to determine a buffer server, which is an extraction target of the metering data processing module, among the plurality of buffer servers on the basis of state information of the plurality of buffer servers.

Systems and methods for remotely triggered data acquisition
A method of data acquisition for health management of systems is provided. The method includes receiving, at a remote node, analog data from one or more sensors configured to monitor a health characteristic of a system, converting, at the remote node, the analog data into digital data, time stamping the digital data with the remote node, recording the digital data in a memory of the remote node, wherein the memory is a ring buffer, transmitting, from the remote node to a central device, requested digital data upon receiving a request related to a triggering event, and synchronizing the transmitted data at the central device based on the time stamp of the requested digital data to generate synchronized data.
