Vehicle control method and vehicle control device
A vehicle control method is provided such that when a host vehicle is stopped at a front of a vehicle line of vehicles in accordance with a stop signal of a traffic light at an intersection, the engine is stopped by using an idle stop control. When either a left-turn or a right-turn will be made after the traffic light changes to a go signal, a presence or an absence of a traveling body, which is stopped on a side of or behind the host vehicle in a direction from which the host vehicle is turning, is detected during the stop signal. Upon determining the traveling body is stopped on the side of host vehicle, restarting of the engine is placed on standby even when the traffic light turns to the go signal, and the engine is restarted in accordance with a behavior of the traveling body.
Providing users with access to routes for traveling
Among other things, one or more techniques and/or systems are provided for providing users with access to a route for travelling. A user, of a client device, may send a request for access to the route to a route planning service. The route may correspond to a starting location and an ending location. The route planning service may query a route database to identify an entry indicating that a restricted access road segment (e.g., a high occupancy vehicle lane, a shoulder lane, a bus lane, etc.) and/or a road segment (e.g., comprising a traffic light alteration capability) exists between the starting location and the ending location. Responsive to successfully authorizing the user for travelling the restricted access road segment and/or the road segment, the route, comprising the restricted access road segment and/or the road segment, may be provided to the client device.

Vehicle, apparatus, method and computer program for sharing sound data
Embodiments relate to a vehicle, an apparatus, a method and a computer program for sharing sound data. The apparatus (10) for sharing sound data from a vehicle (100) comprises one or more interfaces (12) configured to communicate in a mobile communication system (300) and one or more microphones (16) configured to record sound data. The apparatus (10) further comprises a control module (14), which is configured to control the one or more interfaces (12) and the one or more microphones (12). The control module (14) is further configured to record sound samples using the one or more microphones (16), and to communicate information on the sound samples to another vehicle (200) using the one or more interfaces (12).
Information-processing device, vehicle control device, information-processing method, and storage medium
An information-processing device includes a first controller configured to determine the number of users using a vehicle that enters or leaves a parking lot or a weight of the vehicle and a second controller configured to determine a position where the vehicle is stopped within a predetermined area of the parking lot on the basis of the number of users or the weight determined by the first controller.

TRAFFIC VOLUME BY ROUTE ESTIMATION DEVICE, TRAFFIC VOLUME BY ROUTE ESTIMATION METHOD, AND TRAFFIC VOLUME BY ROUTE ESTIMATION PROGRAM
A path specific traffic volume estimation unit (130) estimates a path specific traffic volume corresponding to a traffic volume of observation objects at each time point at each of path candidates on the basis of observation value data that represents the number of the observation objects at each time point at each of a plurality of observation spots, observation spot specific reliability data that represents a reliability of the observation value data at each time point at each of the plurality of observation spots, and a path candidate list that represents a set of the path candidates through which the observation objects move.

VIDEO-BASED TRACKING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A system for video-based tracking of objects in one or more regions of interest. The system includes one or more cameras to capture image streams of the one or more regions of interest, the imaging streams including zero or more objects. A plurality of image processors of the system receive the captured image streams from the one or more cameras, and detect the one or more objects or object parts in the captured image streams and generate geometric and tracking data for detected objects. A fusion processor of the system receives the captured image streams and geometric and tracking data for detected objects from the plurality of image processors, and generates fused 3D referenced data using the detection and tracking data detected objects.
METHOD OF DETERMINING STATE OF INTERSECTION, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A method of determining a state of an intersection, an electronic device, and a storage medium, which relate to a field of artificial intelligence technology, and in particular to fields of intelligent transportation technology and computer vision technology. The intersection is formed by a convergence of a plurality of road segments including at least two driving-in road segments, and each driving-in road segment includes at least one sub road segment. The method includes: determining attribute data and traffic data of each sub road segment of each driving-in road segment; determining a traffic condition information of each driving-in road segment based on the attribute data and the traffic data; and determining the state of the intersection based on the traffic condition information of the at least two driving-in road segments.
