Method and system for correlating an image capturing device to a human user for analysis of cognitive performance
A method capturing eye movement data for detection of cognitive anomalies, includes a computer application displaying a frame on a display, capturing and displaying a video image of a user's face and eyes, while the user aligns the face to the frame, capturing and processing the face image to initiate an image eye movement capture process, outputting an indication on a display and moving the indication spatially to one of a plurality of images, capturing a video of each user eye, to track the position of the indication of the display, the image of each eye comprising a sclera portion, an iris portion, and a pupil portion, parsing the video to determine a reference images corresponding to eye positions, capturing the user's eyes while the user views familiar and novel images, and correlating the images of the user's eyes to the familiar or novel images using the reference images.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING TAILORED EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
Systems and methods are provided herein for selecting and providing educational content to a user. The content may be selected from content pools based on a user's individual characteristics, prior performance, aggregated student performance, and other factors. The system may also record behavioral data associated with the user to refine content selection for subsequent iterations. The system may also predict a student's results and the likelihood of passing or failing.
SIMULATOR FOR VALUE INSTRUMENT NEGOTIATION TRAINING
A simulator for providing teaching and training related to negotiable instruments is disclosed. The provided simulation includes a simulated negotiable instrument. The simulator captures an image of a portion of an environment including a piece of printed collateral. The simulator then displays an augmented reality version of the environment. Displaying the augmented reality version of the environment includes detecting the printed collateral in the image, replacing the printed collateral in the image of the portion of the environment with an image of the negotiable instrument to yield an image depicting the portion of the environment as including the negotiable instrument, and presenting, the image depicting the portion of the environment as including the negotiable instrument. The simulator provides an indication of an outcome of a simulated negotiation of the negotiable instrument. Related methods and computer-readable media are disclosed.
CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR ONLINE PLATFORMS
There is provided an assessment tool for online platforms. The tool trains consumers to be assessors, vis-a-vis national regulations, international standards and best practices. The assessors complete an assessment of an online platform by comparing merits of the online platform against international standards. The assessors may be compensated. A report can be produced based on the assessment; the report can be displayed so that a third party (consumer, regulator, investor, partner, etc.) can determine the legitimacy and viability of the online platform. A mark of trust is provided to the online platform.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVING CASH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OPERATION
Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for improving cash management system operation. In one implementation, a method for improving cash management system operation includes detecting an intervention event in connection with user activity of a user involving a cash management system. The method determines whether the intervention event meets an intervention threshold. A customized intervention particular to the intervention event and a the user is generated when the intervention event meets the intervention threshold. The customized intervention is output for presentation to the user. The customized intervention improves the user activity involving the cash management system.
METHOD OF EXECUTING MULTI-PLAYER, SIMULATION-BASED EDUCATIONAL GAMES FROM SPREADSHEETS
A method of converting one or more datasheets into a multi-player simulation-based game.
System and Method For Simulating Financial Growth Over a Period of Time
In an embodiment, there is provided a savings simulation system, having: a single general user interface; and a computer connected to the single general user interface and having: a computer readable storage device having a database module for collecting, storing, and linking data associated with financial performance of a user account; and a central processing unit connected to the single general user interface and the computer readable storage device, and running a plurality of core modules running: a means for input for a user to select: a locality; a profession; a lifestyle choice; a selected number of years of run simulation; and a user's personal savings goal; a means for retrieving real-time income and cost of living expense data from a third party based on the user input of a selected locality, profession, and lifestyle choice; a means for presenting a simulated scenario modeling a financial outcome based on the user inputs and real-time income and cost of living expense data; and a means for generating a proposed financial plan for the user based on historical rates of return.
System and Process For Displaying Calculated Long Term Growth Of A Financial Account
An investment learning system is provided having a single general user interface; and a computer connected to the single general user interface and having: a computer readable storage device having a database module for collecting, storing, and linking data associated with historical financial performance data of a market fund; a central processing unit connected to the single general user interface and the computer readable storage device, and running a plurality of core modules to display a progression of at least one of account values, graphics, audible or text feedback representing the financial performance of a user simulated account through a simulation, the plurality of core modules used to perform the simulation include: a user contribution selection module for setting an initial amount to invest in the simulated account in numerical value, and a periodic contribution amount to invest in the simulated account in numerical value; a time frame module configured to set a length of time period represented in the simulation; and a data display module configured to present a graphical representation of the progression indicative of the financial performance of the simulated account with respect to the initial amount, the periodic contribution amount, and the length of time period.
