Weld modules for weld training systems
Systems are disclosed relating to a weld module for weld training systems. In some examples, a weld module is configured for attachment to (and/or detachment from) a plug of a welding tool (e.g., welding torch, gun, stinger, foot pedal, etc.). The weld module may be configured to detect tool events based one or more signals received from the plug of the welding tool. The weld module may communicate the tool events to the weld training system for use during a weld simulation, for example.

Method for optimizing gas oil separation plant parameters to maximize oil recovery
Methods and systems for optimizing the gas-oil separation plant (GOSP) operating parameters in order to maximize the stabilized crude oil recovery in an integrated framework of GOSP operation. The ambient temperature variations daily (day and night) and seasonal (summer and winter) are incorporated to show their impact on liquid recovery. An artificial intelligence model predicts stabilized crude oil recovery for a range of ambient temperatures. The optimal GOSP separator pressures which yield maximum stabilized crude oil recovery are determined for each ambient temperature. The separator pressures of the GOSP may be adjusted to achieve the maximum stabilized crude oil recovery under changing ambient temperatures.

DIGITAL TWIN FOR RIG OPERATIONS
A method for simulating a rig operation that can include creating a digital twin of a rig based on a rig plan for assembling/disassembling a rig; simulating, via the digital twin, a list of tasks for assembly/disassembly of rig components to assemble/disassemble the rig at a rig site. Also, a method for simulating and performing a rig operation is provided that can include operations of creating a digital twin of a rig based on a rig plan for the rig, simulating, via the digital twin, the rig plan, where the rig plan can include a list of tasks for moving rig components of the rig, and simulating, via the digital twin, moving the rig components from a first location to a second location.

Wire harness wiring operation support system
A wire harness wiring operation support system includes a display section that includes a procedure display region for displaying a plurality of wiring procedure selection buttons corresponding a wire harness to be wired, and a wiring position display region for displaying a wiring position of the wire harness that corresponds to the selected wiring procedure selection button.
Method, system and apparatus of determining search parameters for welding seam point calibration
A method, system and apparatus of determining search parameters for welding seam point calibration. The method includes determining, for a seam vertex point on a welding seam, three reference faces which are perpendicular to each other, based on geometry of an object to be weld in a virtual model; and determining a start point and a search point of a search motion for welding seam point calibration based on the three reference faces and predetermined criteria respectively for the start point and the search point. Three reference faces can be extracted automatically, and search parameters needed for the search instructions can be determined based thereon which enables automatic generation of search instructions and thus the time, manpower and cost for the welding seam point calibration can be reduced greatly.
