Efficient duplicate label handling
Techniques are described for efficient duplicate label handling. A vector tile is added to a render tree of an electronic map, the vector tile comprising a first set of labels. A vector tile family of the vector tile is identified, each vector tile of the family comprising a second set of labels. For each label of the first set, for each vector tile in the vector tile family, second labels from the second set are identified, and for each identified label, coordinates of the label of the first set are compared to coordinates of the identified label to determine whether the coordinates are within a threshold similarity of each other. Responsive to the determination, the label of the first set of labels is associated with an identifier with which the identified label is associated.
Printed media display and holder
A holder for displaying printed media is described. The holder includes a rigid, transparent, non-porous cover plate, and a fabric-covered backing board. The backing board has a planar surface for supporting the cover plate and a plurality of straps located along a periphery of the planar surface. The cover plate has fastener portions configured to mate with the straps of the backing board to secure the cover plate to the backing board.

An expired map data based anti-counterfeiting method, apparatus, storage medium and device. The method includes: acquiring currently expired map data; adding anti-counterfeiting content to the currently expired map data and storing the currently expired map data containing the anti-counterfeiting content; and creating and storing a current anti-counterfeiting map based on basic map data and the currently expired map data containing the anti-counterfeiting content. Using the anti-counterfeiting content added to the currently expired map data as the anti-counterfeiting map data, compared with using false data for anti-counterfeiting in the map data, increases the concealment of the anti-counterfeiting data in the anti-counterfeiting map and improves the anti-counterfeiting effect of the anti-counterfeiting map.

A method for updating a high. definition map according to one embodiment comprises: obtaining a two-dimensional image that captures a target area corresponding to at least a part of an area expressed by a three-dimensional high definition map, generating a three-dimensional local landmark map of the target area from a position of a landmark in the two-dimensional image, based on a position and an orientation of a photographing device which has captured the two-dimensional image and updating the high definition map with reference to the local landmark map corresponding to the target area of the three-dimensional high definition map.

The method include receiving weather data for a region including a geographic area corresponding to at least one path and accessing a 3D model for the geographic area corresponding to the at least one path. At least one air flow based on the weather data and the three-dimensional model is calculated to define wind sections in the geographic area corresponding to the at least one path. A weight is assigned to at least one of the of wind sections for route optimization in response to air flow through the wind sections.

The present invention discloses a processing method of address-associated data, a user terminal and two servers, the method includes: transmitting a request for an electronic map to a map server (the first server); receiving the electronic map returned by the map server; selecting a region on the electronic map; transmitting a request for calculation of address-associated data on the region to an applied server (the second server); receiving a calculation result of the address-associated data on the region returned by the second server; and displaying the calculation result of the address-associated data on the region with the electronic map. This design and its implementation have significantly improved service response rate of processing and map-presenting massive address-associated data, hereby offered better user experience.

A method for creating a digital map in at least one mobile device including capturing an image sequence of an environment; detecting and classifying objects in the captured image sequence; determining object positions of the objects relative to the mobile device; establishing a section in the environment wherein the section has a predetermined size and predetermined boundaries; assigning the detected and classified objects to the determined object positions in the established section; determining a traffic lane provided in the section; transmitting object information and the object positions of the detected and classified objects, section information relating to the established section, traffic lane information and time information to the map creation device.
