Identification bracelet
An identification bracelet is provided. The identification bracelet includes an elongated body, and an end of the body includes a securement portion, which includes an adhesive. A cover having a release section and a gripping section is disposed at the end of the body such that, in an initial configuration, the release section of the cover is engaged with the adhesive of the securement portion. The gripping section is connected to the release section and can be utilized to disengage the cover from the adhesive of the securement portion. When the cover is disengaged, the securement portion is narrower than the rest of the body, resulting in the identification bracelet having a tapered closure.
CLASP WITH BLUETOOTH FOR SECURING A FLEXIBLE BAND
A clasp is configured to permanently interlock around a flexible strip of material and includes first and second interlocking members. At least one interlocking member includes a Bluetooth communication device. Each interlocking member can include a plurality of hooks and a corresponding plurality of recesses, where the recesses of one interlocking member receive the hooks of the other interlocking member to secure a band within the clasp between the interlocking members. The recesses can be completely internal to the clasp to prevent external tampering. Each of the interlocking members can include various protrusions and ribs that compress and secure the band within the clasp, so as to prevent movement of the band between the interlocking members when interlocked.
RADIO-FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION WRISTBAND WITH SURFACE ACOUSTIC WAVE SENSOR
An apparatus for automatic radio-frequency identification (RFID). In an embodiment, the apparatus comprises a flexible strap comprising a plurality of holes and a buckle configured to buckle to any one of the plurality of holes, such that, when the buckle is buckled to one of the plurality of holes, the strap forms a closed loop. The apparatus further comprises one or more tag enclosures. Each tag enclosure comprises one or more buckles and a RFID tag configured to communicate identifying data to a reader device. The one or more buckles of each tag enclosure are each configured to buckle to any one of the plurality of holes on the strap such that the tag enclosure may be attached to the strap at any one of a plurality of positions on the strap.
IDENTIFICATION BAND
Updateable, customizable identification bands are disclosed herein. The identification band may include a band having an opening therein and at least one transparent surface. An information tag is insertable into the opening and is visible through the at least one transparent surface. The information tag is updateable, customizable or replaceable. The identification band may include accessible digital data storage as well. The identification band may also include a clasp. The clasp may include a male part and a female part, the female part having a cave-like opening that enables the information tag to be inserted into the opening in the band. The male part desirably secures the cave-like opening such that a water tight seal is formed.
Separable bracelet band
A separable bracelet band is an apparatus that represents a significant relationship between at least two people. The separable bracelet is separated by an individual into at least two bracelets, each of which is worn by another individual. The separable bracelet includes a tubular body and at least one separation track. The tubular body represents the relationship or connection between at least two people. The tubular body, itself, may be worn as a bracelet. The tubular body is separable into at least two other bracelets along the at least one separation track. The tubular body includes a first open end, a second open end, an inner surface, and an outer surface. The at least one separation track is positioned in between the first open end and the second open end. The at least one separation track is circumferentially integrated around the tubular body.
Tag
A tag includes a plate-shaped element and a covering part. The plate-shaped element has a central portion and a peripheral edge, the covering part being superimposed on the plate-shaped element to match at least part of the peripheral edge. The peripheral edge has at least one housing seat of a portion of the covering part. Moreover, the covering part is superimposed to the plate-shaped element at least at said housing seat.
Stabilizing a detachable item on a printable substrate
The present disclosure describes various example multi-layer printing sheets, and systems and methods for manufacturing the same. An example printing sheet comprises: a die-cut or perforated printable film portion; an adhesive layer; a clear ink layer; and a bottom layer. The printable film portion may be die-cut or perforated to form a band shape. A release layer may be placed between the adhesive layer and the bottom layer or the adhesive layer and the clear ink layer. A portion of the printing sheet may include a die cut printable paper portion; the printable paper portion comprises a printable paper layer includes one or more labels die cut into it; and the printable paper layer is connected to the bottom layer via an adhesive. A release may be placed between the adhesive layer and the bottom layer of the printable paper portion.
PERSONAL ACTIVITY TRACKING SYSTEM
An activity tracking device is defined to detect and record movement of a person to which the activity tracking device is affixed. A secondary electronic device is defined separate from the activity tracking device. The secondary electronic device is defined to receive data from the activity tracking device regarding the detected and recorded movement of the person. A website is defined to communicate with connected devices including the secondary electronic device. The website is defined to provide a user account for the person. The website is defined to convey information regarding the detected and recorded movement of the person through the user account.
Wristband with contoured comfort sides
A bending yielding feature for use along an edge of any flexible wristband design provides a cushioning effect to a wearer's wrist or ankle as the wristband is worn, thereby helping to prevent injury to the wearer's wrist or ankle as he flexes his wrist or ankle against the wristband. The bending yielding feature can include many edge designs such as a scalloped edge, a curved edge, an edge with a series of extending flaps, and other such shapes.
