Hairstyling apparatus and kit
A hair styling apparatus for styling hair of a user comprises a tubular base member, elastic loop elements, and gripping members. The tubular base member comprises a first end and a second end, receives, and rolls hair of a user. The elastic loop elements are fixedly attached to the first end and the second end of the tubular base member. The gripping members are fixedly attached to each of the elastic loop elements for overlapping the elastic loop elements over the tubular base member. The elastic loop elements securely fasten the hair of the user to the tubular base member for styling the hair of the user. Further, the hair styling apparatus kit comprises an elongate curling wand device with clip designed for supplying added definition to the hair.
HEATED HAIR SETTER APPARATUS AND METHOD
A hair setter apparatus generally includes a housing and a heater assembly having a first heat delivery rail and a second heat delivery rail mounted in the housing in spaced parallel relationship to each other. The apparatus further includes a plurality of hair setters. Each of the hair setters has a central body with opposing web plates spaced from each other to define a mounting slot extending longitudinally of the hair setter and configured to slidably couple the hair setter to one of the heat delivery rails along a longitudinal edge of one of the heat delivery rails. The hair setter is sized relative to the insert opening for insertion of the hair setter through an insert opening and onto the respective one of the heat delivery rails within the interior space of the housing.
RESILIENT FIBER RETAINERS AND METHODS OF EXTERNALLY WRAPPING AND SHAPING FIBER WITH THE SAME
Retainers hold a fiber bundle rotated through a length of the retainer via a gap in the retainer that can be widened by stretching the same and closed by release and further by rotating the fiber. The retainer may be single-piece parallelepiped, cylinder, prism, etc. bearing an outermost surface on which the bundle can wind and be supported. The retainer is fabricated of a resilient elastic like natural rubber or a synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene rubber. Methods pass the bundle through the gap and then wind it around the retainer before passing it back through the gap. The bundle may be inserted and/or wound for any length of the bundle and may include spacing in each turn so as to expose the underlying retainer through each turn. The bundle may be held in the wound position for any desired amount of time and then removed.
Pliable assembly and method for restraining and curling hair
A pliable assembly and method for restraining and curling hair serves to wrap strands of hair about an elongated panel and then fold a pair of annular members about the ends of the elongated panel to restrain and curl the hair. Further, an elastic retaining band extends between the annular members and intermeshes with the notches in the annular members, so as to securely retain the annular members in the folded arrangement around the strands of curled hair. An elongated body comprises a first end, a second end, and a central slot disposed centrally along the length of the panel. The central slot receives a strand of hair for wrapping around the panel, or an object for stowage. The annular members comprise an outer circumference defined by a junction gap and an inner circumference defined by notches. The restraint band holds annular members in folded arrangement to restrain hair.
Heated hair setter apparatus and method
In a hair setter apparatus, a heater assembly is enclosed within a housing. The heater assembly has a longitudinal heat delivery rail mounted in the housing and having a longitudinal axis. The longitudinal heat delivery rail includes a groove extending longitudinally along at least part of the heat delivery rail. A corresponding hair setter has a central body having opposing web plates spaced from each other to define a mounting slot extending longitudinally of the hair setter. The mounting slot is configured to engage the groove of the heat delivery rail upon mounting the hair setter thereon to slidably couple the hair setter to the heat delivery rail for sliding movement longitudinally of heat delivery rail while inhibiting decoupling of the hair setter from the heat delivery rail in a direction transverse to the rail.

Hair curling rod device configured to create tight spiral curls for all hair textures with or without the use of heat
A hair curling rod device for creating tight spiral curls for all hair textures, with or without the use of heat includes a top member and a bottom member. The top member has a relatively flat orientation and a flat bottom side. The bottom member has a convex orientation to the top member and a substantially circular cross-section. The top member is connected to the bottom member at a first end by a U-shaped connection. The U-shaped connection biases the top member toward the bottom member. The top member has a first length and the bottom member has a second length. Where the second length is longer than the first length, where the bottom member extends beyond the top member at a second end. The bottom member has an upward angled portion at the second end where the bottom member extends beyond the top member at the second end.
HAIR CURLER
A hair curler has a cylindrical body with a net attached to a first end of the cylindrical body, the net invertable to permit extension of the net around the cylindrical body, holding hair in place that is wrapped around the cylindrical body. Because no hard plastics or other hard or rigid materials are present, the hair curler is comfortable for a user while sleeping or lying.
