A rolling information display apparatus configured to rotate on the rolling surfaces of a roller grill is provided. The apparatus includes a tubular shaped body configured to roll in contact with the rolling surfaces of a roller grill. The apparatus further includes a calibrated cook timer, a temperature monitor, a temperature indicator, and an information medium removably positioned on the tubular shaped body. The calibrated cook timer includes a printed circuit board that is calibrated to rise in temperature in a similar manner to a food item that is cooked on said roller grill. The apparatus is used to display product information, to monitor the temperature of food items in close proximity to the apparatus, and to indicate when the food item is no longer suitable for consumption and sale.

This disclosure describes a sign having a reconfigurable display face. In one example, the sign includes a sign body having a first display face and an opposed face, and a rotatable display member connected to the sign body and having a second display face. The reconfigurable display face includes the first display face and the second display face, and the display member is reconfigurable between a plurality of display orientations by rotation about a rotation axis.

A rollably display device includes a flexible display panel with an active area for displaying images and a non-active area surrounding the active area. A first seal member is disposed in the non-active area on a first portion of a side surface of the display panel and a second seal member is disposed on the first seal member and on a second portion of the side surface of the display panel to reduce the likelihood of occurrence of cracks at the sides of the display panel during rolling and unrolling of the display panel around a roller.

A banner unit has a retractable storage position and a display position. The banner unit includes a pair of elongated rigid support posts, and a banner sheet that is comprised of a pair of one and other banner segments that each have opposed one and other side edges. The one side edge of each banner segment is secured to respective elongated rigid support posts. The banner unit also includes an elongated tubular sleeve constructed and arranged to be disposed in parallel with both of the pair of elongated rigid support posts, with the other side edge of each banner segment being secured to the elongated tubular sleeve. Each banner segment is constructed and arranged with a re-coil or retractable characteristic providing a tendency to form into a closed coil configuration when the elongated rigid support posts are brought together.
