METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING PRODUCT USING A CONSUMER REFILLABLE PACKAGING IN A RETAIL ENVIRONMENT
A method for distributing product using a consumer refillable packaging in a retail environment comprises manufacturing a liquid product at a point of manufacture. The liquid product is then transferred to a retail location in a refillable canister, which is mounted in a storage room as part of a delivery subsystem for communicating the liquid product from the storage room to a refill station in a retail floor space. Consumers operate the refill station to refill a refillable container with the liquid product from the canister in the storage room via the refill station.
Hanger for mounting cables
A cable hanger includes: a base panel having opposed ends; a pair of arms, each of the arms attached to a respective end of the base panel and having a free end; a pair of locking projections, each of the locking projections attached to a respective free end of the arms; and a pair of gripping members, each gripping member attached to a respective arm, each gripping member having opposed ends, wherein one of the ends of each gripping member is fixed to the arms and the other of the ends of each gripping member is fixed to the arm or to the base panel. The arms and locking projections are configured to spread apart to enable insertion of a cable between the arms, wherein the gripping projections engage and grip the cable, and wherein the locking projections are configured to be inserted into the aperture of the supporting structure.
PORTABLE DISPLAY APPARATUSES
Apparatuses for providing a portable display, such as temporary signage or telepresence communication capabilities, as well as methods for providing a portable display are described. A portable display apparatus includes a base, a collapsible component extending from the base and a plurality of light emitting devices coupled to the collapsible component. The collapsible component is configured to transition from a collapsed position to an extended position. The plurality of light emitting devices are arranged in a movable configuration such that, when the collapsible component is in the extended position, the plurality of light emitting devices rotate around the collapsible component and selectively illuminate to provide a display.
Portable marker device
A support device for a hollow traffic marker utilizing a base having a foot positioned at the ground surface. A boss extends from the base. A flexible sleeve positions over the outer surface of the boss, the hollow traffic marker lies within the flexible sleeve. A gap within the flexible sleeve separates the first and second spacers.
Collapsible sign post
Disclosed is a support post for supporting roadway signs. In one embodiment, a polymer support post is formed of a composition of high density polyethyleneHDPE, ground rubber and XLPE/Polycure. All these materials may be sourced from recycled materials. Additionally, the support may include ultra-violet materials and flame retardant materials. In one embodiment, the ultra-violet materials and flame retardant material are included in recycled XLPE material. One or more support rods may be disposed within the polymer support post. Additionally, one or more fragility apertures may extend through the support post to allow the support post to collapse upon impact.
Collapsible sign post apparatus
A sign post assembly including a ground stake, vertical post, a horizontal arm, and a cap, wherein the vertical post is pin join connected with the horizontal arm by means of a fastener allowing the horizontal arm and the vertical post to be arranged in parallel arrangement during disassembly and storage, or in perpendicular arrangement during assembly and fully extended status. The vertical post having a cut-out along its top portion to allow the arrangement of the horizontal arm within the vertical post's inner cavity and the vertical post having a cut-out along at least one of its vertical sides to allow alignment of the horizontal arm within its internal cavity wherein the horizontal arm collapses downward into the vertical post. Disassembly includes inserting the stake (along with other assembly components (i.e. sign clips, removable fasteners, etc.) within the inner cavity of the lower portion of the vertical post.
Aseptic distribution system method using refillable containers
The present invention is a marketing and distribution method for introducing and maintaining refillable containers for personal care products such as cosmetics, creams, lotions, and sprays. The refillable container is refilled at local refill stations at stores, kiosks, vending machines, and the like, to eliminate the need for new packaging with each purchase. The method is designed to reduce waste and costs associated with product packaging by using refillable containers to dispense personal care products.
