There is provided a flag assembly for mitigating against flag entanglement. The flag assembly comprises a flagpole assembly, the flagpole assembly having a fixed portion for fastening to a mount; a rotating coupling fastened to the fixed portion; and a rotating portion fastened to the rotating coupling such that the rotating coupling is able to rotate with respect to the fixed portion in use and a flag fastened to the rotating portion such that, in use, the fixed portion remains static while the rotating portion is able to rotate through 360 degrees under multidirectional wind force so as to mitigating against the entanglement of the flag about the flagpole assembly; wherein the rotating portion comprises an axial slot configured to allow the fastening of a portion of the flag to an interior of the rotating portion.

A wireless rotatable flagpole assembly. The device includes a flagpole mount that includes a fastener adapted to secure the mount to a wall surface. A motor is disposed on the proximal end of the mount and is operably connected to a wireless transceiver, whereby the motor powers a rotating receiver. The motor and wireless transceiver are powered via a battery, which may be recharged via a solar panel. A flagpole is securable to the rotating receiver. A remote can be utilized to independently control multiple flagpole assemblies. The device allows users to rotate a flagpole in order to unfurl and straighten a flag that has become furled or otherwise misaligned due to high winds or other external forces.

A portable, non-anchored support structure for positioning a retractable banner assembly and selectively deploying the assembly on a walking surface, comprises a base member and a stanchion supported by the base member in an upright position, wherein the stanchion orients the banner assembly in an upright position substantially normal to the walking surface.

A banner support supports a banner or flag unfurled on the pole. When a preset trigger wind load is exceeded, the banner bracket rotates away from the direction of the wind so as to limit the stress on the pole. The mechanism which enables bracket rotation comprises a disk-shaped cam with a spring-loaded plunger extending from the support arm that biases a cam follower into a proximal cam detent. Subject to the restraint of the cam follower, the cam rotates around a transversely axial cam shaft connected to the support arm. The cam is rigidly attached to the banner bracket, which rotates along with the cam. When the preset wind load is exceeded, the cam follower is forced out of the cam detent, allowing the cam and the connected banner bracket to rotate away from the wind direction. As the banner turns away from the wind, the wind stress decreases, allowing the spring plunger to force the cam follower back into the cam detent, thereby restoring the banner to its rest position.

The present invention generally relates to a towel twirling device. The present invention provides a towel twirling device for twirling a towel without wrapping it around the hand, thus allowing extended twirling of the towel. The towel twirling device is made of a round tube with a rounded head to which a towel holding clip is attached. The towel twirling device also connects the device to a belt loop, pocket, or bottom of a shirt, to hang the towel twirling device with clipped towel when the towel is not to be twirled.

The No Flip Flag Clip is a clip that prevents flags from wrapping around, or becoming entangled with, a flag pole. The No Flip Flag Clip slides over the flag pole and on both sides of a flag to stabilize the flag relative to the flag and prevents the flag from wrapping around the flag pole, or from becoming entangled with the flag pole. The No Flip Flag Clip is made of a transparent plastic material that does not affect the appearance of the flag.
