A flag display apparatus includes a frame comprising first and second support legs having upper and lower opposed ends when placed for display. A horizontal support member having a predetermined length can be connected to the upper end of the first and second support legs. A flag or banner having a predetermined length is attached to and supported by the frame. The predetermined length of the horizontal support member is less than the length of the flag or banner so that a portion of the flag or banner extends beyond the first or second support leg thereby providing a first portion of the flag or banner that is unfurled and a second portion of the flag or banner that is at least partially furled in the absence of wind moving across the flag.

A flag display apparatus includes a frame comprising first and second support legs having upper and lower opposed ends when placed for display. A locating and identifying device for locating a vehicle includes a pole, a panel, and a coupling means. The panel is coupled to and extends from the pole proximate to a first end of the pole. The coupling means is coupled to a second end of the pole. The coupling means is configured to couple the pole to a vehicle, such as to the roof or to a roof rack, so that the pole extends upwardly from the vehicle to position the panel so that it is viewable to a user, enabling the user to locate and identify the vehicle.

Provided is an outrigger flagpole assembly (10) which comprises a wall-mountable bracket (12), a flagstaff (14) for displaying a flag (20), and a security device or locking formation (14.2) for releasably locking a flag (20) to be displayed to the flagstaff (14) or to the wall-mountable bracket (12). In general, the flagstaff (14) is attached at one end (14.1) thereof to the wall-mountable bracket (12), with a free end (14.2) of the flagstaff (14) extending away from a wall (18) to which the bracket (12) is mounted.

The flagpole having decorative sporting equipment section comprises a pole that incorporates a decorative section into its design. The decorative section is functional because it substitutes for a portion of the pole and provides elevation for a flag. The decorative section may be the topmost portion of the flagpole or it may divide the pole into an upper pole and a lower pole with the decorative section in the middle. The flagpole having decorative sporting equipment section may provide a path through the center of the flagpole for a portion of the halyard to travel. The decorative section may be designed to resemble a sporting object such as a lever rifle. A section of the rifle resembling a gun sight may comprise a light source to provide illumination for the flag at night.

Systems and methods for flying sheet materials including a conduit, at least one airflow diverter and an outlet, and a fan positioned relative to the conduit for moving high velocity air through the conduit and out the at least one airflow diverter. In example embodiments, at least one sheet material is connected to a portion of the conduit and nearby the outlet such that the high velocity air provides a force against the sheet material causing the same to unfurl and fly as if an outdoor wind was present. In some example embodiments, two or more sheet materials can be unfurled or fly at the same time.

Further, the flagpole may include a plurality of flagpole segments. Further, any two flagpole segments of the plurality of flagpole segments may be detachably coupled. Further, the flag stand may be configured to be affixed on at least one surface of an object using at least one adhesive. Further, the flag stand may be detachably coupled to the flagpole.
