Vehicle-locating flag
The vehicle-locating flag is a signal device. The vehicle-locating flag is configured for use with a vehicle. The vehicle further comprises a door and an electrical system. The vehicle-locating flag attaches to the door of the vehicle. The vehicle-locating flag is configured for use with a fob. The vehicle-locating flag comprises a display structure and a control circuit. The display structure visibly displays the location of the vehicle. The control circuit operates a strobe light that draws attention to the location of the display structure. The control circuit transmits an SMS message containing the location of the vehicle over a commercially provided and publicly available cellular wireless network to a personal data device. The fob transmits a radio frequency signal to initiate the operation of the control circuit.
MOUNTING BRACKET SYSTEMS FOR SIGNS OR BANNERS
The mounting bracket systems are used in pairs to support a banner on a vehicle. In a first embodiment, the system includes opposing masts having upper and lower extending tabs adapted for attaching a banner between the masts, an annular flange disposed around the mast, and a lower mast end inserted into a bushing attached to a vehicle by U-shaped mounting straps. In a second embodiment, the system includes opposing masts having upper and lower extending tabs adapted for attaching a banner between the masts. The bottom end of each mast is attached to a platform having an elongate U-shaped pocket insert having planar walls extending from the platform opposite the mast. The pocket inserts are adapted for insertion into stake pockets common to trucks and trailers that haul oversize loads. A clevis pin may be inserted through opposing walls of the pocket insert below the stake pocket.
Watercraft Safety Flag
A watercraft safety flag assembly comprising a flexible planar visibility-enhancing element having a forward edge and a rear edge spaced from the forward edge by a width, and a rigid planar stiffening element secured to the flexible planar visibility-enhancing element, where the planar stiffening element substantially spans the width of the flexible planar visibility-enhancing element and is configured to provide maximum stiffening proximate the forward edge, minimal stiffening proximate the rear edge, and decreasing stiffening with increasing distance from the forward edge. There is also provided a header element joined to the forward edge of the flexible planar visibility-enhancing element and which forms a cylindrical sleeve for receiving a mast, where the rigid planar stiffening element extends into the cylindrical sleeve formed by the header element.
VEHICLE-MOUNTABLE CHILD PROTECTIVE DEVICE
A vehicle-mountable child protective device including a housing which is mountable onto a door of a vehicle and including a first housing portion, which is at least partially located within the vehicle when the device is mounted onto the vehicle and during device operation, and a second housing portion, which is at least partially located outside the vehicle when the device is mounted onto the vehicle and during device operation, a flag which is rotatably mounted via a flagpole onto the first housing portion and a flag positioning assembly at least partially within the first housing portion for automatically rotating the flag to a raised position outside of and above the vehicle upon opening of the door of the vehicle.
FLAG MOUNT ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a flag mount assembly to mount a flag to a vehicle. The flag mount assembly has a cylinder that receives the flag pole of a flag. One or more flag securing members selectively secure a position of the flag pole. One or more vehicle mounting brackets attach the flag mount assembly to the vehicle. An auxiliary tab also extends from the cylinder to allow an auxiliary, such as trail flag, to be mounted. The arrangement of the flag mount assembly allows for reversal and positioning and connection of the flag mount assembly on both or either the driver side or passenger side of the vehicle.
Locating and Identifying Device
A locating and identifying device for locating a vehicle includes a pole, a panel, and a coupling means. The panel is coupled to and extends from the pole proximate to a first end of the pole. The coupling means is coupled to a second end of the pole. The coupling means is configured to couple the pole to a vehicle, such as to the roof or to a roof rack, so that the pole extends upwardly from the vehicle to position the panel so that it is viewable to a user, enabling the user to locate and identify the vehicle.
Flag display device
A flag display device (1) used for fully displaying a flag regardless of the presence of wind and/or in the dark. The flag display device supports a preferably interchangeable display panel (3) extending between a top horizontal support arm (7) and a bottom horizontal support arm (8) that each extend perpendicularly from a vertical mast (4). At least one display light source (22) illuminates the display panel at night.

Rotating message panel apparatus
This rotating message panel apparatus relates to a rigid panel that allows for printed indicia or bumper-type stickers to be placed on a vehicle in a manner that that is quickly and easily mounted or removed without marking or damaging the message panel or the vehicle. The message panel rotates to allow for viewing the message primarily from the sides when the vehicle is in motion and primarily from the rear/front when the vehicle is at rest. The controlled rotating action draws greater attention to the message. When employing bumper-type stickers, the message panel allows for changing the message as desired.
