A holographic projection system is disclosed for cost-effectively generating “real image” holographic images. In at least one embodiment, the system provides an at least one primary image source configured for projecting a primary image via an at least one light ray. A computing device is in communication with the at least one primary image source and configured for providing the primary image to be subsequently projected by the at least one primary image source. A curved reflector is positioned and configured for receiving and reflecting the at least one light ray toward a focal point of the reflector, the at least one reflected light ray converging at an image point so as to create a hologram of the projected primary image at the image point, with said hologram being viewable by an at least one observer.

A novel desktop advertising displayer includes a displayer body, a cell, a main control panel arranged in the displayer body and to which the cell is electrically connected, and a mobile phone holder including a first side plate, a second side plate and a bottom plate, with a first gap is reserved between the first side plate and the second side plate. The displayer body is provided with a power output interface electrically connected to the main control panel. Users can place a mobile terminal on the mobile phone holder when charging the mobile terminal via the novel desktop advertising displayer, to prevent the mobile terminal from being stained by oil dirt on a desktop, so that user experience is improved. A lock plate is arranged to prevent the displayer body from falling or being stolen, and an infrared sensor is arranged to save electric energy.

By way of example, novel systems and methods for reproducing advertisements on connected vehicles are disclosed. In one example embodiment, a system of connected vehicles parked near in a parking lot and each delivers advertisement and participates in an advertisement event. Each of the connected vehicles is configured to reproduce one or more advertisements when one of the connected vehicles is determined to receive a signal from a remote controller associated with the one of the connected vehicles.

A vehicular display device includes at least one display panel arranged on a vehicle body of a vehicle and configured to display an image, and a display control unit configured to control display of the image. The display panel includes a movable portion provided on the vehicle body, and the display control unit includes an image control unit configured to control a display form of an image when the movable portion is operated.

Distance notification systems are described herein which, in some embodiments, are wearable by a user to maintain proper social distancing in any environment. Additionally, distance notification systems described herein can be applied to motorized equipment and/or other machinery in efforts to maintain a safe workplace, such as in factories, construction sites, warehouses, and/or other logistics operations. In one aspect, a distance notification system comprises a signal component, and a receiving component for processing encoded signal generated by the signal component into system user notifications. The encoded signal has power in excess of a predetermined threshold within a set distance between the signal component and the receiving component, wherein less than 10 percent of system user notifications are produced by encoded signal reflected from one or more surfaces.

This technology relates to a display mounted messaging system. The display mounted messaging system may include a light emitting diode (LED) display attached to a housing of a sensor. The housing of the sensor may rotate. The display mounted messaging system may also include an LED controller which is configured to selectively activate and deactivate at least one LED in the LED display, to provide a message in the direction of an intended recipient.

A signage control system comprises: a primary estimation circuitry to use signage-side images and surveillance-side images to estimate a person feature, attributes and behavior of each person captured in these frame images; a storage device to associate and store results of estimations of the person feature, the attributes and the behavior of each specific person; an estimation result linkage circuitry to use the person feature stored in the storage device to link the results of estimations based on the frame images from multiple ones of the cameras for the same person so as to generate a group of estimation results for each person; and a content change circuitry to change a content displayed on the signage to another based on the attributes of each person expected to be in a position where such person can visually recognize the content on the signage, and based on preceding behavior of such person.

A reactive media system includes a motion control system having an animated figure with a body and actuators configured to adjust a figure portion of the body in response to interactive data received from one or more interactive data sources. The reactive media system includes a media control system having a tracking camera configured to generate signals indicative of a current position and orientation of the figure portion based on a set of trackers coupled to the figure portion. The media control system includes a media controller configured to receive the signals, determine the current position and orientation based on the signals, and generate data indicative of images to be projected onto an external surface of the figure portion having the current position and orientation. The media control system also includes a projector configured to receive the data from the media controller and project the images onto the external surface.

Some implementations of this disclosure provide an electronically customizable article comprising a fashion article selected from the group consisting of a handbag, a shoe, glasses, a tie, and a bowtie wherein the fashion article comprises an electronic visual display, a processor, a communication interface for communication between the fashion article and a network, and a non-transitory computer readable medium containing instructions that, when executed by the processor, causes the fashion article to connect to a server over the network, receive data from the server, and display one or more images associated with the data on the electronic visual display.

Apparatuses, methods, and systems for projecting images into a projection zone are provided, while having the capability to detect the presence and movement of objects in the projection zone and to interact with those objects, according to programmed interactions. One of the programmed interactions is to detect objects in the projection zone and avoid projecting light onto them. The capability to detect and avoid objects in the projection zone allows for the use of high intensity light images including laser light images around people and animals without the risk of eye injury. Another programmed interaction is to project an illuminated image around people and objects in the projection zone to emphasize their presence and movement. Sensed topography data advanced geometry correction for projecting geometrically accurate images onto uneven surfaces. Advanced beam shaping optics enable long distance projections at low angles onto unprepared surfaces.
