The system also includes control circuitry arranged to interface the solar panels, the LED panels, system components, and the batteries. The system also includes a control platform structured to provide control functions for the system to generate power from the plurality of solar panels, to charge the batteries, to power and display data on the LED panels, and to coordinate functionality amongst system components.
Solar powered vehicle mounted display
Systems and methods for solar powered vehicle mounted displays are provided. A solar energy harvesting device is electrically connected to an electronic display within a housing. The solar energy harvesting device is configured for mounting to a roof of a vehicle. A mounting support is provided for mounting the housing to another portion of the vehicle.
SOLAR POWERED VEHICLE TOPPER UNIT
A solar powered vehicle topper unit and systems and methods for the same are provided. A solar energy harvesting device is electrically connected to an electronic display within a housing. The solar energy harvesting device is located above the housing. The solar energy harvesting device has a first footprint, and the housing has a second footprint which is smaller than the first footprint.
Electronic display assemblies with solar panels
A solar powered display assembly and systems and methods for the same are provided. A solar energy harvesting device is electrically connected to a display unit which is connected to an electrical grid. At least one structural member extends between a housing for the display unit and the solar energy harvesting device such that a bottom surface of the solar energy harvesting device is elevated above, and spaced apart from, a top surface of the housing such that shade is periodically cast on the display unit. The solar energy harvesting device has a first footprint, and the housing has a second footprint which is smaller than the first footprint.
ELECTRONIC DISPLAY ASSEMBLIES WITH SOLAR PANELS
A solar powered display assembly and systems and methods for the same are provided. An electronic display portion comprising an electronic display within a housing is secured to a structural framework at a position elevated above a ground surface. A solar energy harvesting device is connected to the structure framework at a position above, and spaced apart from, said electronic display portion, wherein said solar energy harvesting device is electrically connected to the electronic display portion. A bulk energy storage device is located below the electronic display portion. A footprint of the solar energy harvesting device is smaller than footprints for the electronic display portion and bulk energy storage device.
FLAG COMPRISING A BUILT-IN DEVICE
The invention relates to a flag comprising a piece of material suitable for mounting on a mast and having at least two faces. The piece of material comprises at least one pocket which is formed between said two faces and is suitable for receiving an electrical or electronic device. At least one of the faces of the piece of material comprises at least one opening located on said at least one pocket in such a way as to allow the passage of the light emitted by said device or towards said device.
System and Methods of Providing Date-Specific Personalized Souvenirs
A method for providing a date-specific personalized souvenir is disclosed. The method may include the steps of contacting a souvenir retailer, optionally preparing artwork, which may include date-specific artwork and information, selecting dates for a date-specific personalization of the souvenirs, providing a rack to the souvenir retailer for displaying the souvenirs, and servicing the racks to ensure that the rack is maintained with the proper inventory.
VEHICLE ROOFTOP BEACON
A vehicle rooftop beacon for drawing attention to a vehicle from afar. The rooftop beacon includes a base, and a light beacon elevatable above the base by an extendable mast. The base also has at least three support feet to stabilize the rooftop beacon when placed upon a vehicle rooftop. The light beacon is thereby supported high above the vehicle rooftop so that the vehicle is more visible to emergency response vehicles from far away. The base can also include a plurality of side-mounted or edge-mounted lights to further call attention to the vehicle. The rooftop beacon is convenient, portable, and lightweight. The support feet can include magnets or weights to stabilize the rooftop beacon on the vehicle rooftop in windy or stormy conditions. The support feet also can include a soft foot covering, such as rubber, to prevent scratching and slipping off of the surface of the vehicle rooftop.
SOLAR POWER GENERATION ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING SAME
The present invention relates to a solar power generation assembly and method for providing same involving an array of solar generating modules on a dual-incline structure, which can achieve high energy yields over a wide range of azimuths/orientations. The assembly consists of canopy wings providing for the dual-incline structure, where, depending on specifications, the canopy wings can differ in length, width, angle of inclination, structural material and solar module or other material mounted on the surface. The canopy wings may be pivoted or hinged to enhance the energy generation and/or other functional benefits of the assembly or system, including display elements, advertising, rainwater/precipitation and snow drainage and collection and energy transmission. The assembly or system is modular and may be assembled in a long continuous configuration in which the inclination, width and tilt of the canopy wings may vary of a long distance to maintain substantially consistent energy yields as the assembly or system orientation changes.
ILLUMINATED ADDRESS SIGN ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED SECURITY FEATURES
One embodiment provides an illuminated address sign that includes a frame with an open front side and an open rear side. The open front side interchangeably receives a first plaque, and the open rear side interchangeably receives a second plaque. Multiple first attachment points are configured on the open rear side of the frame. The multiple first attachment points connect with a bracket for mounting the illuminated address sign to a first surface. A control unit is connected to the frame and a light source. A light sensor is connected to the frame and the control unit.
