Input detection system with input device mounted on cover and electronic apparatus case with the same
An input detection system includes a display device with a detection function that includes a plurality of detection electrodes arrayed in a display region, an electronic apparatus case including an accommodation portion accommodating the display device with the detection function and a cover covering the display region of the display device with the detection function, and an input device that is mounted on the cover of the electronic apparatus case so as to rotate around a rotating axis extending in a normal direction to a surface of the cover and includes a first electrode and a second electrode facing the detection electrodes.
FLEXIBLE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING SAME
A flexible display device is provided. The flexible display device includes: a display; a sensor configured to detect at least one rolling characteristic in response to the display being rolled; and a controller configured to perform a first function of the flexible display device based on the detected at least one rolling characteristic.
INPUT DETECTION SYSTEM AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS CASE
An input detection system includes a display device with a detection function that includes a plurality of detection electrodes arrayed in a display region, an electronic apparatus case including an accommodation portion accommodating the display device with the detection function and a cover covering the display region of the display device with the detection function, and an input device that is mounted on the cover of the electronic apparatus case so as to rotate around a rotating axis extending in a normal direction to a surface of the cover and includes a first electrode and a second electrode facing the detection electrodes.
PROJECTOR AND METHOD FOR OPERATING PROJECTOR
A projector including a controller circuit and a shuttle wheel, and an operating method are provided. The controller circuit controls an operation of the projector. The shuttle wheel is disposed on an upper cover of the projector. The controller circuit controls whether the projector enters an on screen display mode according to an operation method of the shuttle wheel. When the projector enters the on screen display mode, the controller circuit controls the projector to project a first menu on a screen. According to the operation method of the shuttle wheel, the controller circuit selects an adjustment item of the projector on the first menu. When the projector does not enter the on screen display mode, the controller circuit controls the projector to project a second menu on the screen. According to the operation method of the shuttle wheel, the controller circuit sets the adjustment item on the second menu.
Synchronous Display Pipeline Systems and Methods
An electronic device may include a first display pipeline that may output image data via an output path. The electronic device may include first frame merge circuitry coupled to the output path. The electronic device may also include a first multiplexer coupled to the first frame merge circuitry and to the output path. The first multiplexer may transmit the image data from the output path to an electronic display, and, in response to a first control signal associated with the first frame merge circuitry generating a merged output, the first multiplexer transmits the merged output to the electronic display.
Systems and methods for automatic formatting of images for media assets based on user profile
Systems and methods are provided herein for personalizing images that correspond to a media asset identifier by using user profile information. As an example, the television series “Community” has several actors, such as Joel McHale, Chevy Chase, and Ken Jeong. Poster art developed by an editor o50533238_1f “Community” may include an image that portrays each of Joel McHale, Chevy Chase, and Ken Jeong. In order to personalize the image, control circuitry may determine which actor(s) the user prefers, and crop out only those actors in the poster art to create a personalized image. As an example, if the user prefers Joel McHale, control circuitry may crop out the portrayal of Joel McHale and use only that portion of the image to display next to other text describing “Community.”
Display system and vehicle
An object is to provide a display system with a novel structure and a vehicle. The display system includes a display and a control IC. The control IC includes a frame memory, an arithmetic circuit, and a memory circuit. The display has a curved display surface. The frame memory has a function of holding first image data dedicated to displaying an image on a flat surface. The memory circuit has a function of storing shape data on the display. The arithmetic circuit has a function of converting first coordinates of the curved display surface into second coordinates of the flat surface included in the first image data, by performing arithmetic operation in accordance with the shape data. The arithmetic circuit has a function of outputting the first image data stored in the frame memory to the display as second image data on the basis of the second coordinates.
HUB SYSTEM CONTROL METHOD AND HUB PERFORMING THE HUB SYSTEM CONTROL METHOD
A hub system control method, for controlling a hub which has a maximum bandwidth and is connected to a plurality of monitors, comprising: acquiring resolutions and refresh rates of each one of the monitors by the hub; computing used bandwidths of each one of the monitors according to the resolutions and the refresh rates; and controlling the hub to operate corresponding to at least one relation between the used bandwidths and the maximum bandwidth.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD
An information processing device includes: a foldable one display; a memory which stores at least a program; and a processor which executes the program stored in the memory. By executing the program stored in the memory, the processor performs: operating state switching processing to switch an operating state of a system among a first operating state, a second operating state in which processing of the system is more limited than that in the first operating state and at least the display is hidden, and a third operating state in which the processing of the system is shut down, display mode switching processing to switch between a first display mode to control display by setting a screen area of the display as one display area, and a second display mode to control display by splitting the screen area into plural display areas, and setting switching processing.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD
An information processing device includes: a first chassis and a second chassis connected to be rotatable relative to each other; a foldable one display provided over the first chassis and the second chassis; a camera provided in the first chassis; a memory which stores at least a program; and a processor which executes the program. By executing the program stored in the memory, the processor performs: display mode switching processing to switch between a first display mode in which display is controlled by setting a screen area of the display as one display area, and a second display mode in which display is controlled by splitting the screen area of the display into two display areas of a first display area corresponding to the first chassis and a second display area corresponding to the second chassis, orientation detection processing to detect an orientation of the screen area.
