CONSUMABLE PRODUCT FOR AN AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE AND METHODS OF FILLING AND MANUFACTURING A CONSUMABLE PRODUCT FOR AN AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE
A consumable product for use in an aerosol generating device is disclosed, the consumable product comprising a foam matrix (302); and a packaging element housing the foam matrix; wherein the packaging element is configured to hold the foam matrix in a first, compressed, configuration prior to use of the consumable product in an aerosol generating device, the packaging element having a first sacrificial seal, wherein upon opening the first sacrificial seal the packaging element holds the foam matrix in a second, less compressed, configuration.
Multi-Layered Tobacco Capsule for Hookah
A multi-layered tobacco capsule for hookah that includes a container with an upper surface, a lower surface and sidewalls defining an enclosed internal volume. The upper and lower surface includes a plurality of apertures for allowing airflow through the capsule. The container includes one, or more, grids that separate the container to two or more inner compartments. The inner compartments include a quantity of tobacco. The capsule is designed to be positioned onto or inside a cup of the hookah. The capsule may include removable sealing mean that cover the apertures.

Heat conducting substrate for electrically heated aerosol delivery device
The present disclosure provides aerosol generating substrates and aerosol source members comprising aerosol generating substrates, as well as methods of manufacturing thereof. In an example implementation, an aerosol generating substrate may comprise a fibrous filler material, an aerosol forming material, and a plurality of heat conducting constituents, wherein the substrate is formed as a sheet, and wherein the heat conducting constituents are part of the sheet. The heat conducting constituents may be incorporated within the sheet, or may be formed on a surface of the sheet. In another example implementation, an aerosol source member may comprise a substrate portion formed of a collection of intermingled pieces cut from an aerosol substrate sheet. In addition, or alternatively, a substrate portion may be formed of a series of overlapping layers of an aerosol substrate sheet.
