The processor is configured to execute the image-reorganizing program to perform the following steps: receiving a video image; dividing the video image into a plurality of sub-images; reorganizing the sub-images corresponding to the display panels into a display frame; transmitting the display frame and a display-setting profile of each display panel to the display-control device; utilizing the display-control device to extract the sub-images corresponding to the display panels from the display frame according to the display-setting profile of each display panel, and to display each extracted sub-image on the corresponding display panel.

At least one clock is used with a first set of clock speeds when the first frame is determined to be currently transferring and used with a second set of clock speeds when the first frame is determined to have already been transferred, the second set of clock speeds being faster than the first set of clock speeds. After completion of the transfer of the first frame, the second frame is transferred based on the set of clock speeds.

The method includes generating content for multiple VR displays and sensing for competing needs for resources with real time requirements of the multiple VR displays. If competing needs for resources with real time requirements are sensed, a selected refresh offset for refreshes of the multiple VR displays is determined to avoid conflict between the competing needs for resources of the multiple VR displays. The selected refresh offset is imposed and the content is delivered to the multiple VR displays.

The present invention provides a method of display control for a display driver circuit operated in a video mode. The method includes steps of: driving a display panel to display a plurality of image frames having a plurality of active frames and a plurality of blanking frames, and determining whether to transmit a notification to an application processor to indicate whether the application processor needs to output image data according to whether an incoming image frame among the plurality of image frames is one of the plurality of active frames or one of the plurality of blanking frames. Wherein, the display panel is refreshed in each of the plurality of active frames, and not refreshed in each of the plurality of blanking frames.
