Support assembly and keyboard apparatus
A support assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided, the support assembly including a jack rotatably supported by a support; a repetition lever rotatably supported with respect to the support; a protrusion disposed at an intersecting portion of the jack and the repetition lever; and a protrusion receiving portion for receiving the protrusion; wherein the protrusion receiving portion defines a movable range of the protrusion and limits a rotation range of the jack.
Smart piano system
Systems and methods for providing a piano system are provided. In some embodiments, the methods include receiving a plurality of key signals related to a first performance of a piece of music, wherein each of the plurality of key signals corresponds to motion of at least one key of a piano during the first performance; generating first performance information based on the plurality of key signals; receiving musical data related to a second performance of the piece of music; receiving musical data related to a second performance of the piece of music, generating second performance information based on the musical data; and providing content for presentation on a display device based on the first performance information and the second performance information. The methods can also include receiving at least one pedal signal corresponding to motion of a pedal of the piano during the first performance, and generating first performance information based on the pedal signal.
HYBRID ACOUSTIC PIANO
A hybrid acoustic piano, specifically a piano the wires whereof are struck, of the type including a grouped wires, where of each group of three or of four wires associated with a key, one of these is tuned at a pitch different from the other two or three, which are tuned identically; and where the mechanism is such that when the pedal is in a resting state, that is, without depressing the pedal, on pressing the keys, the hammers strike at least two wires of the three or of the four wires of each group with the same tuning, and when the pedal is depressed, the mechanism displaces the hammers to the right and, on pressing the keys, three wires are struck, one of which is the wire tuned at a different pitch from the others.
TOPBOARD REFLECTION PREVENTER FOR GRAND PIANO
A topboard reflection preventer for a grand piano, which is capable of positively preventing lighting from being reflected by an open topboard, while maintaining excellent appearance of a piano body. The topboard reflection preventer for a grand piano is attached to an openable and closable topboard formed by a topboard rear and a topboard front, and prevents lighting from above from being reflected by the topboard in a state of the topboard held open in an inclined position. The topboard reflection preventer includes a reflection preventer body attached to the topboard rear and the topboard front folded onto the topboard rear, in a state covering whole upper surfaces of the topboard rear and the topboard front, and a holding member for holding the reflection preventer body so as to prevent the reflection preventer body from falling off the topboard held open in the inclined position.

KEY ASSISTED USER INPUT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A PIANO SYSTEM
A piano system with key assisted user input may include one or more execution devices, one or more sensors, at least one signal processing circuit, a processor and a display. The one or more sensors may be configured to detect a signal indicating a status change of at least one of the one or more execution devices. The at least one signal processing circuit may be configured to generate a control signal for controlling an input of a computer device in response to the signal detected by the one or more sensors. The processor may be configured to process the control signal to determine content to be displayed on a user interface. The display may be configured to display the determined content on the user interface.
Action of grand piano
An action of a grand piano, which makes it possible to reduce not only the weight of a jack, but also that of a wippen, to thereby improve string striking repeatability. The action includes a wippen of a synthetic resin configured to pivotally move upward by being pushed up by the depressed key, a jack pivotally mounted to the wippen, for pushing up the hammer in accordance with pivotal motion of the wippen to cause the hammer to pivotally move upward, and a jack angular position-adjusting mechanism provided on the wippen to adjust an angular position of the jack. The mechanism has a support portion integrally formed with the wippen, an adjustment screw screwed into the support portion movably in a front-rear direction, and a jack button provided on an end of the adjustment screw for defining the angular position of the jack by abutment therewith.
PIANO SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
Aspects of the disclosure provide for mechanisms for providing muting functions for a piano system. In some embodiments, a piano system according to the disclosure includes a plurality of linkage structures coupled to a plurality of keys, a plurality of strings corresponding to the plurality of linkage structures, and a muting unit configured to place at least one elastic structure at a first position to implement a first mode for the piano system. In some embodiments, the first position is located between the linkage structures and the strings. In the first mode, the elastic structure may be placed at the first position to prevent an interaction between at least one of the linkage structures and the strings when one of the plurality of keys is depressed.
