ROTATION MECHANISM
20230087303 · 2023-03-23 ·

A rotation mechanism includes a shaft portion, a bearing portion, a protruding portion, and a stopper. The bearing portion configured to rotate with respect to a predetermined axis as a center of rotation and configured to slide relative to an outer periphery of the shaft portion. The protruding portion protrudes from the shaft portion. The stopper is integrally formed the bearing portion. The stopper faces the protruding portion. A length of the protruding portion in a direction in which the protruding portion protrudes is larger than a distance from the center of rotation to a sliding portion where the bearing portion slides relative to the outer periphery of the shaft portion.

Keyboard device for keyboard instrument

A keyboard device for a keyboard instrument, capable of largely reducing noise generated when a hammer contacts a lower limit stopper during key release immediately after key depression. The keyboard device includes a keyboard chassis disposed on a keybed, keys pivotally supported on the chassis, hammers pivotally supported on the chassis below the keys and each vertically pivotally moved, an intermediate rail mounted on the chassis below a rotational shaft of the hammers and its vicinity in a state floating from the keybed, and a lower limit stopper mounted on the intermediate rail, such that each hammer is placed thereon via its placement-contact portion when in a key-released state and contacts the same from above via the placement-contact portion when pivotally moving downward in accordance with key release after being moved upward by key depression, whereby further pivotal motion of the hammer is stopped.

An operation detection device for a key operation of a keyboard device includes a conductive unit configured to be disposed on each of keys, a substrate configured to be disposed facing each of the keys in a pressing direction of the keys. The substrate is provided with a sensor including at least first and second coils, the sensor being configured to be disposed spaced from one key so that at least one of the first or second coil outputs a signal corresponding to a distance between the one key and the respective sensor. The operation detection device includes a detection unit configured to detect a displacement of the one key in at least one of a yaw direction or a roll direction based on signals output from the first and second coils during a key pressing stroke of the one key.

Keyboard apparatus

A keyboard apparatus includes a first key assembly, a second key assembly, and a third key assembly. The first key assembly includes a first key being slidably in contact with a first member at a first position and a second member at a second position. A first minimum distance between the first key assembly and the second key assembly at the rear ends thereof is larger than a second minimum distance between the first key assembly and the second key assembly at the second position within a range of rotation of the first key assembly. A third minimum distance between the first key assembly and the third key assembly at the rear ends thereof being larger than a fourth minimum distance between the first key assembly and the third key assembly at the second position within the range of rotation of the first key assembly.
