A musical instrument support system provides support to a musician's elbow when the musician's arm is in a raised position, thus alleviating fatigue and strain on the musician's shoulder, neck, back and arms. The support system includes a harness worn on the musician's torso, a rib plate supported by the harness that is worn along the musician's torso, an elbow support that receives the musician's elbow, and a swivel joint that joins the elbow support to the rib plate and permits the elbow plate to rotate and angulate about a vertical axis and move laterally from the rib plate in all directions within a horizontal plane.

The support device for a string instrument includes: fixing plates fixed to a body of a string instrument; a first rotary plate rotatably connected to the fixing plates; and a second rotary plate rotatably coupled to the first rotary plate, wherein the first rotary plate has a shape corresponding to one part of a side plate of the body, and the second rotary plate has a shape corresponding to another part of the side plate of the body which is different from one part of the side plate of the body.

The present invention is an apparatus used to connect a typical guitar strap in non-traditional positions on the body of a guitar or bass guitar, which affixes to the instrument to provide stability and balance. The core components of the apparatus are a resilient hollow plastic outer shell with an external protrusion extending from the apex, a protective non-slip thermoplastic rubber inner layer, and metal hardware, suitable for use with virtually all guitar straps presently in use, attached to the external protrusion. The present disclosure relates to outdoor musical instruments configured to replicate the appearance of a mushroom and to withstand prolonged exposure to the environment. The musical instrument is made up of at least a metal dish mounted to a weather-resistant support post. The metal dish is mounted to the top of the support post, and the bottom surface of the metal dish is separated from the top end of the support post by a non-metal isolator. The musical instrument is configured to produce a note that sustains when the top surface of the metal dish is struck by a mallet.
