Instrument hanger
An apparatus for hanging an instrument includes a wall plate, an axial arm, and a yoke. The wall plate is configured to secure the apparatus to a wall or other suitable surface. The axial arm extends axially between the wall plate and the yoke. The yoke is configured to receive at least a portion of an instrument. The apparatus also includes a humidistat disposed on a surface of the wall plate opposite the wall or other suitable surface. The humidistat is configured to display a relative humidity value corresponding to an amount of water vapor in the atmosphere proximate the instrument.

Portable Miniature Amplifier and Speaker for Guitar
A portable miniature sound amplifying apparatus for use with an electric guitar having a guitar jack, includes a body, an electric sound amplifying device positioned in the interior space of the body, and a guitar plug in electrical communication with the electric sound amplifying device that includes a male configuration for selectively mating with the guitar jack of the electric guitar. A speaker is mounted to the electric sound amplifying device and may be directionally articulated and is configured to receive and emit sound data from the guitar via the guitar plug. One or more stabilizer arms may be pivotally coupled to the sound amplifying device and positioned to protect a guitar from being damaged thereby.
MULTI-FACTOR VERIFICATION TIMING AND DISPLAYING SYSTEM
The invention is a device that attaches to musical equipment/instruments or fitness equipment, that can automatically track and display the duration of time a user has used the equipment using novel multi-factor verification from multiple sensors. The device includes a piezo vibration sensor, an accelerometer/gyroscope, a light sensor and IR sensor, a microprocessor, a battery for power, non-volatile memory, a mounting system, an inbuilt display, an antenna with means of wireless communication, and at least one button. The device functions via a multi-level verification process to ensure correct usage has been detected. The sensors to detect use are a piezo vibration sensor, accelerometer/gyroscope and a light sensor. In addition, the device also allows a user to select and create configurations to detect use of a variety of different objects. This could involve changing different sensor priorities, changing sensors sensitivity or disabling sensors.

TUNING DEVICE AND TUNING METHOD
Provided is a device for reporting a tuning status by sound on the basis of an audio signal acquired. The device includes: a signal acquisition means for acquiring the audio signal; a comparison means for comparing the frequency of the audio signal with a reference frequency corresponding to the audio signal; and a generation means for generating a first sound signal when the frequency of the audio signal is lower than the reference frequency and generating a second sound signal different from the first sound signal when the frequency of the audio signal is higher than the reference frequency.

Musical Instrument Tuner
A frequency detection and display device includes a body having a vibratory portion configured for vibrating at a predetermined frequency. In this manner, the vibratory portion provides a visible indication corresponding to the predetermined frequency in response to vibration of an object, such as a stringed musical instrument, to which the frequency detection and display device is attached.

Tuning of a drum
A method for assisting a user in tuning a drum comprising the steps of: considering a strike on the drum whereby the strike is detected in a sensor signal in at least one of following domains: a time domain, a frequency domain, a complex domain; recording a first sound fragment of the strike; converting the first sound fragment from the time domain to the frequency domain; analyzing the first sound fragment in order to detect a fundamental tone with fundamental tone frequency of the drum; calculating an overtone frequency or overtone frequency range of a first overtone of the drum by means of a predetermined algorithm related to the fundamental tone frequency; setting a filter with a pass frequency band covering the calculated overtone frequency or overtone frequency range; and indicating, via a user interface, at each further strike when the frequency of the first overtone detected in the pass frequency band is higher or lower than a target overtone frequency.
