EMULATING BEHAVIOR OF AUDIO SYSTEMS
A system for emulating a physical audio system comprises a user interface (UI) and a digital model of the physical audio system. The UI comprises virtual controls for changing virtual control settings (e.g., a virtual volume control for changing a virtual volume setting, etc.). A change in a virtual control setting produces a change to the output of the digital model. Because the digital model emulates the behavior of the physical audio system, changes to the model output in response to changes in the virtual control settings correspond to changes in the audio output in response to changes in the physical control settings. For example, if the physical audio system is an audio amplifier with control knobs, then the virtual controls will affect the output of the digital model like the control knobs affect the audio output of the audio amplifier.
COLLABORATION PLATFORM SYSTEM AND METHOD
A musician collaboration system includes a memory configured to store instructions and a processor configured to execute the instructions to: receive a request for providing a feature. The request including receiving a first content file associated with the feature; transmitting a message informing the request; one of transmitting an acceptance of the request and a denial of the request; and upon the acceptance of the request, receiving and transmitting a second content file including a version of the feature.
INSTRUMENT AND METHOD FOR REAL-TIME MUSIC GENERATION
A virtual instrument for real-time musical generation includes a musical rule set unit for defining musical rules, a time constrained pitch generator for synchronizing generated music, an audio generator for generating audio signals, wherein the rule definitions describe real-time morphable music parameters, and said morphable music parameters are controllable directly by the real-time control signal. With this virtual instrument, the user can create new musical content in a simple and interactive way regardless of the level of musical training obtained before using the instrument.
ELECTRONIC MUSICAL APPARATUS, STORAGE MEDIUM STORING RECORDING/REPRODUCTION PROGRAM, AND RECORDING/REPRODUCTION METHOD
There are provided an electronic musical apparatus, a storage medium storing a recording/reproduction program, and a recording/reproduction method capable of outputting a musical sound phrase and a rhythm phrase after the input musical sound phrase is output. In a case where a recording button is operated, a looper starts to record musical sounds. In this case, the musical sounds (that is, a musical sound phrase) that are being recorded are output from a speaker. Thereafter, in a case where a loop reproduction button is operated, the recording is stopped, and loop reproduction of the recorded musical sound phrase and a rhythm phrase is started. Consequently, it is possible to output musical sounds in which the musical sound phrase and the rhythm phrase are loop-reproduced after the input musical sound phrase is output.
MUSICAL PIECE DATA COMPARISON DEVICE, MUSICAL PIECE ANALYSIS DATA DISTRIBUTION SERVER, MUSICAL PIECE DATA COMPARISON PROGRAM, AND MUSICAL PIECE ANALYSIS DATA DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
A music piece data comparison device includes: a music piece selector that allows a user to select music piece data; a first parameter generator that generates a first parameter from an entirety of the music piece data selected through the music piece selector; a first parameter transmitter that transmits the first parameter generated by the first parameter generator to a server being connected in a manner capable of communication; and a music piece analysis data receiver that receives matched music piece analysis data from the server, in which the server stores the music piece analysis data generated for the music piece data associated with a second parameter generated from the entirety of the music piece data and compares the second parameter with the first parameter to find the music piece analysis data whose second parameter matches the first parameter.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING AUDIO SIGNALS BASED ON USER DEVICE PARAMETERS
In various applications, the system provides a method for processing audio signals, including: receiving a request for audio content; receiving an identifier encoded in a personal audio device comprising a transducer for playing audio; retrieving at least one parameter associated with the identifier; and processing the audio content using at least the request, the identifier and the at least one parameter, wherein the processing is customized for the personal audio device based on the at least one parameter associated with the identifier. In various applications the parameter is, one or more of, associated with a specification of the personal audio device, acoustic metrics of the transducer, relates to control of equalization, relates to permission to enable proprietary sonic processing for enhanced acoustic reception of streaming content, relates to acoustic metrics of the transducer and wherein the identifier is associated with permission to enable proprietary sonic processing for enhanced acoustic reception of streaming content, and/or is stored in a chip on the personal audio device, is retrieved from a server in a network, among other things. In various applications, the personal audio device comprises ear buds and the identifier is stored in a non-volatile memory of the ear buds.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR RECORDING AND RENDERING MULTIMEDIA
An apparatus may be designed to enable a user to receive, record, display, edit, arrange, re-arrange, play, loop, extend, export and import audio and video data. The audio and video data to be organized as, for example, but not limited to, a song comprised of song parts. The song parts may be comprised of tracks, and each track may be comprised of one or more layers. The various methods and systems disclosed herein incorporate such data segmentation to enable the user to intuitively and hands-free record, arrange, and perform songs comprised of both sequential and parallel tracks. In this way, the looper may enable a musician to record and loop tracks for a song, arrange the tracks into song parts, and during the same session, transition the playback from one song part to another, all the while recording a track on top of the transitioning song parts.
System and method for recording user performance of keyboard instrument
A method for generating a music file for recording user performance may include: detecting, by a sensor, an event indicating a status change of an execution device of the keyboard instrument; generating, by the sensor, a signal corresponding to the detected event; receiving, by a processor, the signal; and generating, by the processor, a music file based on the signal. In some embodiments, the execution device may include a weight lever. The weight lever may a concrete structure in the keyboard instrument to simulate a rebound force generated by hammer striking on string, by striking on an elastic structure. In some embodiments, a rebound force for a first weight lever may be different from a rebound force for a second weight lever by adjusting parameters of the elastic structure or the weight lever.
Apparatus and methods for generating music
A guitar pedalboard for creating a loop includes a touch screen display for displaying a plurality of tracks of a loop. The touch screen display can be used to adjust a parameter of each track, and the loop. A plurality of footswitches corresponding to the plurality of tracks can be used to independently record and play each track of the loop.
Method for selecting background music and capturing video, device, terminal apparatus, and medium
Disclosed are a method for selecting background music and capturing a video, a device, a terminal apparatus, and a medium. The method includes: a music viewing instruction is acquired in a process of playing a video; a music detail corresponding to a background music fragment used by the video is displayed according to the music viewing instruction; a same-style capturing instruction is acquired, and a starting point of the background music fragment in a whole piece of music is acquired according to the same-style capturing instruction; a capturing instruction is acquired, and a video capturing is performed on a target scene according to the capturing instruction until a capturing stop instruction is acquired, and a corresponding video is acquired; and a corresponding music fragment is acquired, so the music fragment and the acquired video are synthesized to obtain a target video.
