Electronic musical instrument and automatic power-off method
An electronic musical instrument includes a condition determiner that determines whether an OFF condition for turning off a power supply is satisfied in an automatic power-OFF mode; a noise gate that is opened when a level of an input audio signal exceeds a threshold value and is closed when the level of the input audio signal continues being equal to or lower than the threshold value for a first predetermined period of time; and a controller that turns off the power supply on the condition that the condition determiner determines that the OFF condition is satisfied in the automatic power-OFF mode; and the controller does not turn off the power supply when the noise gate is in an open state, even in the case where the OFF condition is satisfied.
Detection device and detection method
A detection device includes: a movement detector that includes light emitters and light receivers, wherein in accordance with movement of a moving body among moving bodies, each corresponding to a different combination of a light emitter and a light receiver, a light reception level of the light receiver in a combination corresponding to the moving body changes; and a processor coupled to a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to: cause each of the light emitters to sequentially emit light in each light emission period by providing a driving signal, and cause a signal level of the driving signal to differ between unit periods within the light emission period; and select, for each light emission period, a light reception level in one of the unit periods within the light emission period as a detected value for each of the light receivers.

Optimal mixing matrices and usage of decorrelators in spatial audio processing
An apparatus for generating an audio output signal is provided. The audio output signal has two or more audio output channels and is generated from an audio input signal having two or more audio input channels. The apparatus includes a provider and a signal processor. The provider is adapted to provide first covariance properties of the audio input signal. The signal processor is adapted to generate the audio output signal by applying a mixing rule on at least two of the two or more audio input channels. The signal processor is configured to determine the mixing rule based on the first covariance properties of the audio input signal and based on second covariance properties of the audio output signal, the second covariance properties being different from the first covariance properties.
Content control device and storage medium
A content control device includes: a plurality of controls to which a plurality of parameters for controlling properties of a content containing at least one of sound and video are respectively assigned, each of the plurality of controls outputting a first indicated value in accordance with an operation amount of the control; and a processor configured to previously create setting information used to determine respective values of the plurality of parameters in accordance with the second indicated value; determine the values of the plurality of parameters corresponding to the second indicated value respectively in accordance with the second indicated value and the setting information; and revise each of the values of the parameters to be determined in accordance with the first indicated value outputted for the control assigned to the parameter.

MUSICAL SOUND DATA REPRODUCTION DEVICE AND MUSICAL SOUND DATA REPRODUCTION METHOD
In a performance operator group, a partial region including at least one first performance operator and at least one second performance operator is set as a first key region. An allocator allocates musical sound data to the first key region. An operation detector detects an operation using each of the plurality of first and second performance operators of the performance operator group. A reproduction controller carries out first control relating to a reproduction method of the allocated musical sound data in response to detection of an operation using one of the first and second performance operators in the first key region, and carries out second control relating to the reproduction method of the allocated musical sound data and being different from the first control in response to detection of an operation using another one of the first and second performance operators in the first key region.
Tone setting device, electronic musical instrument system, and tone setting method
This tone setter comprises a memory for storing a program and a plurality of tone data; and at least one processor configured to utilize the plurality of tone data and set a sound source. In accordance with the program, the at least one processor executes accepting a selection of one or more tones made by an operation of a user; and setting, in at least an electronic musical instrument or a sound source of the tone setter, tone data corresponding to the selected one or more tones such that sound having the selected one or more tones is generatable with the musical instrument.
