Self-Supporting Drying System And Method
A hands-free dryer allows for drying of a target while permitting the hands of a user to not be controlling the operation of the hands-free dryer. The hands-free dryer includes a blower for providing air flow, an orientation system allowing the blower to be adjustably oriented at an angle. There is a semi-rigid flexible hose connected to the blower that retains its configuration without the user having to maintain the configuration. Also, there is a support system that provides support for the hands-free dryer while worn by the user.
Portable wig and cap drying stand for use with portable hairdryer
A portable wig and cap drying stand for use with a portable electric hairdryer. The stand has a base which receives the bottom or fan section of the hairdryer and holds the nozzle of the hair dryer directed vertically away from the stand and towards a wig support. A hollow cylinder fits over the nozzle and connects the wig support to the base of the stand. The hairdryer is turned on for drying the wig or hat on the stand. When not in use, the stand may be compacted by removing or collapsing the cylinder, for portability and packability.
Dryer stand
A dryer stand having a base, a body having a first end connected to the base and a second end spaced upward from the base, and a receptacle located in the second end of the body, the receptacle being mounted to the second end of the body is provided. The receptacle can receive a dryer for discharging drying air. The mounting of the receptacle enables at least one of a tilting operation and a rotation operation in a clockwise-counterclockwise direction so that the discharge direction of the drying air can be shifted toward a front-rear direction and clockwise-counterclockwise direction with respect to the dryer stand, either simultaneously or separately, depending on the position and size of the object to be dried.

A dual-power portable-use hair dryer system and method for drying hair providing a hair dryer which can be carried on the back or the side of a user who can be a person whose own hair is being dried or a person acting as a stylist drying the hair of others, which can be operated either on AC mains power or on an incorporated DC battery array, where AC mains operation provides free movement within the range of the AC cord and DC battery operation provides unlimited free movement, and where use with a soft bonnet hair-drying attachment allows hands-free use, and use by a stylist allows free movement from person to person. The dual-power portable-use hair dryer draws pre-heated air away from the electric and electronic components for the dual purposes of cooling the components and reducing the expenditure of energy through the heater.
