MUSIC CONTEXT SYSTEM AUDIO TRACK STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF REAL-TIME SYNCHRONIZATION OF MUSICAL CONTENT
20220044663 · 2022-02-10 ·

A system is described that permits identified musical phrases or themes to be synchronized and linked into changing real-world events. The achieved synchronization includes a seamless musical transition—achieved using a timing offset, such as relative advancement of an significant musical “onset,” that is inserted to align with a pre-existing but identified music signature, beat or timebase—between potentially disparate pre-identified musical phrases having different emotive themes defined by their respective time signatures, intensities, keys, musical rhythms and/or musical phrasing. The system operates to augment an overall sensory experience of a user in the real world by dynamically changing, re-ordering or repeating and then playing audio themes within the context of what is occurring in the surrounding physical environment, e.g. during different phases of a cardio workout in a step class the music rate and intensity increase during sprint periods and decrease during recovery periods.

A music analysis method includes estimating a plurality of provisional points that are candidates for a specific point that has musical meaning in a musical piece from an audio signal of the musical piece by using a first process, selecting a part of a plurality of candidate points, which include the plurality of provisional points and a plurality of division points that divide intervals between the plurality of provisional points, as a plurality of selection points, and estimating a plurality of specific points in the musical piece from a result of calculating a probability that each of the plurality of selection points is the specific point by using a second process which is different from the first process.

HARMONIC-BASED INTENSITY REGULATION SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SOUND ASSETS
20230260489 · 2023-08-17 ·

A harmonic-based intensity regulation system, method and device, disclosed herein, is applicable to sound assets. The system, in an embodiment, includes one or more data storage devices or tangible mediums that store or include a plurality of computer readable instructions configured to direct one or more processors to receive one or more inputs. The one or more inputs correspond to: a selection of one of a plurality of different harmonic classes, wherein each of the harmonic classes is associated with a variable harmonic frequency; a frequency range that is dimensioned or otherwise great enough to bound the variable harmonic frequency of the selected harmonic class and a plurality of other frequencies; an intensity threshold; and an amount of an intensity change. The instructions are also configured to direct the one or more processors to detect whether one or more frequencies of a frequency spectrum satisfy a regulation condition. The regulation condition includes a first requirement for the one or more frequencies to be within the frequency range, and the regulation condition also includes a second requirement for the one or more frequencies to have a designated relationship with the intensity threshold. The instructions are configured to direct the one or more processors to change an intensity of the detected one or more frequencies by at least part of the amount. The change can include an intensity decrease, an intensity elimination or an intensity increase.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETERMINING VOLUME ADJUSTMENT RATIO INFORMATION, DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
20230252964 · 2023-08-10 ·

A method for determining volume adjustment ratio information comprises acquiring a first singing audio and an original accompaniment audio corresponding to the first singing audio, wherein the first singing audio is a user singing audio; acquiring a first audio of a non-singing part in the first singing audio, and acquiring a loudness characteristic of the first audio; acquiring, in the original accompaniment audio, a second audio whose playback duration corresponds to a playback duration of the first audio, and acquiring a loudness characteristic of the second audio; and determining a ratio of the loudness characteristic of the first audio to the loudness characteristic of the second audio as adjustment ratio information for adjusting an accompaniment volume of the first singing audio.

LEARNING PROGRESSION FOR INTELLIGENCE BASED MUSIC GENERATION AND CREATION
20210350776 · 2021-11-11 ·

An artificial intelligence (AI) method includes generating a first musical interaction behavioral model. The first musical interaction behavioral model causes an interactive electronic device to perform a first set of musical operations and a first set of motional operations. The AI method further includes receiving user inputs received in response to the performance of the first set of musical operations and the first set of motional operations and determining a user learning progression level based on the user inputs. In response to determining that the user learning progression level is above a threshold, the AI method includes generating a second musical interaction behavioral model. The second musical interaction behavioral model causes the interactive electronic device to perform a second set of musical operations and a second set of motional operations. The AI method further includes performing the second set of musical operations and the second set of motional operations.
