Portable smart electronic device for noise attenuating and audio broadcasting
Disclosures of the present invention describe a portable smart electronic device, which consists of several first reference microphones, a first loudspeaker, a first error microphone, several of second reference microphones, a second loudspeaker, a second error microphone, and a noise controlling module. Both the first error microphone and the second error microphone are set to have a noise detection direction and face to a first region near to a right ear and a second region near to a left ear, respectively. Therefore, the noise detection direction and an audio broadcasting direction of both the first loudspeaker and the second loudspeaker have a same progress direction. By such arrangement, this portable smart electronic device can be operated to adaptively provide an anti-noise audio to the first region and the second region for establishing a quiet zone in both the two regions by attenuating various environment noises.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ACTIVE NOISE REDUCTION
A method for active noise reduction includes sensing one or more characteristics of a sound wave; calculating an inverted sound wave based on the one or more characteristics; and emitting the inverted sound wave by flowing a current, selected according to the inverted sound wave, through a wire under tension that passes through a positive pole of a magnet and a negative pole of the magnet, thereby causing the wire to vibrate. An apparatus for active noise reduction includes a microphone configured to detect one or more characteristics of a sound wave detected in a predetermined vicinity of the microphone; a processor coupled to the microphone, configured to calculate an inverted sound wave based on the one or more characteristics; a power supply; and at least one emitter module coupled to the processor, each emitter module including one or more magnets with a positive pole and a negative pole, a wire, made of a conductive material, under tension, that passes between the positive pole and the negative pole, and the power supply configured to deliver a current passing through the wire, the current selected by the processor to vibrate the wire and thereby emit the inverted sound wave.
REDUCING FAR-FIELD NOISE PRODUCED BY WELL OPERATIONS
A system for reducing far-field noise produced by well operations includes a passive sound barrier shielding an area, in which the well operations are performed, in an open-air environment. The system further includes a sound sensor to receive near-field noise from the well operations. The system further includes an analysis module, coupled to the sound sensor, to generate an anti-noise signal. The system further includes active anti-noise generators, coupled to the analysis module, to generate anti-noise, based on the anti-noise signal, that destructively interferes with noise from the well operations outside of the passive sound barrier at a predetermined distance from the passive sound barrier. The analysis module generates the anti-noise signal based on the near-field noise, the predetermined distance, and adjustable positions and orientations of the active anti-noise generators.
Baby Seat and Carrier System
A baby seat and carrier system structured and arranged to comfort and calm an infant when a caregiver is not able to by soothing and swaddling an infant in a gentle, womb-like environment, holding the infant in a natural cradling position while a rocker stand provides a relaxing continuous motion while a removable white noise generator blocks out the tumult of the outside world
UNLOCKING METHOD USING SOUND PASSWORD AND A SMART LOCK
A sound password unlocking method, comprises unlocking procedures: collecting a sound password signal that the user plays and performing the analog to digital conversion (11); Inputting the converted sound password signal to a reference signal input end of an adaptive noise cancellation module; inputting an original signal to an original signal input end of the adaptive noise cancellation module; producing a first output signal in adaptive noise cancellation (12); Calculating the difference between the first output signal and the original signal (13); Comparing the difference between the first output signal and the original signal with a standard difference; determining the sound password is correct if the two difference values are identical and enabling the motor to drive a lock cylinder to open otherwise no unlock operation executed (14). The sound password unlocking method provided by the present invention, based on adaptive noise cancellation is hard to be cracked, which is reliable and safe. The lock could be locked by sound password recognition.
