Refillable body care or cosmetic stick
A body care or cosmetic stick includes a body care or cosmetic mass arranged in an inner sleeve and the inner sleeve is arranged in an outer sleeve. The inner sleeve has a wall thickness in a range from 10 to 1200 ?m. The inner sleeve can be configured for use as a refill unit for the body care or cosmetic stick.
HAND-HELD DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR A WRITING INSTRUMENT, HAVING TWO RETRACTABLE HEADS
A hand-held device, in particular a writing instrument, comprising a body, a single carriage carrying a first head and a second head, or a first carriage and a second carriage carrying respectively the first head and the second head, and a blocking device including a cavity and a ball, the ball) blocking the single carriage or the first carriage when the first end is below the second end, such that the first head is blocked and projecting while the second head is retracted, and the ball blocking the single carriage or the second carriage when the first end is above the second end, such that the second head is blocked and projecting while the second first head is retracted.
Material dispenser/applicator
An applicator for a semi-solid material (e. g. lip balm) with an elastomeric material base cap has an interior tube long enough to cooperate with other structures to allow ejection of the plunger associated with the lip balm and its shaft by continued depression of the base cap. This allows easy replacement of the lip balm in the applicator when the original is used up. The applicator also has a tubular housing with interior guide hub with ribs configured and positioned to preclude spinning of the shaft of the plunger mounting the lip balm. A dispenser for flowable material (such as lotion) comprises a bellows mounted in a housing with an elastomeric material base cap at one end, and an end cap at the other end with a first part connected to the housing by screw threads, and a second part connected to the first part by a living hinge.
Rod-shaped object feeding container
A rod-shaped object feeding container includes a cartridge unit and a knock mechanism unit. The cartridge unit includes a movable body and a female screw member. The knock mechanism unit includes a coupling member, a knock member, a spring member, a main body tube, and a rotary member. When the knock member is pressed, the knock member converts a force with which the knock member is pressed into a rotational force and causes the coupling member and the female screw member to be rotated in one direction so as to advance the movable body and the rod-shaped object. When the rotary member is rotated relative to the main body tube in an opposite direction, the rotary member causes the coupling member and the female screw member to be rotated in the opposite direction so as to retract the movable body and the rod-shaped object.
Feeding pencil
A feeding pencil includes a body, a leading tube, a middle tube, a pipe member including drawing materials, a movable body, a holding member, and a sliding part. The drawing material moves forward in the leading tube when the pipe member engages with the leading tube in a rotating direction by moving the sliding part forward by a predetermined amount, when the leading tube and the body are rotated relatively in one direction while the pipe member is engaged with the leading tube in the rotating direction. The sliding part includes a stick-like part with a spring, and the stick-like part is inserted into an opening of a housing, and the sliding part is urged rearward by the spring when one end of the spring abuts the housing, and the other end of the spring abuts a face protruding radially outwardly from the stick-like part.
Writing instrument
A writing instrument according to an embodiment of the invention including, a chuck that chucks a writing lead, wherein the chuck includes a first chuck pawl which comes into point contact or line contact with the writing lead to press the writing lead so as to apply first contact stress to the writing lead; and a second chuck pawl which presses the writing lead so as to apply, to the writing lead, second contact stress that is lower than the first contact stress, and the first contact stress is configured such that, when a prescribed impact is applied to the writing lead, a contact portion of the writing lead subjected to the first contact stress fractures and absorbs the prescribed impact.
A HAND HELD DEVICE HAVING TWO HEADS THAT ARE RETRACTABLE BY MEANS OF A SINGLE BUTTON
A hand held device presenting a first head and a second head that are movable axially between a position for use and a retracted position, and a single side button configured to bring the first head and the second head, independently of each other, from the retracted position to the position for use and vice versa, the side button cooperating with a first ratchet mechanism in order to cause the first head to pass from the retracted position to the position for use and vice versa, and with a second ratchet mechanism in order to cause the second head to pass from the retracted position to the position for use and vice versa.
Rod-shaped cosmetic material feeding container
The rod-shaped cosmetic material feeding container includes a female screw portion provided with a female screw for screw engagement with a male screw of a rod-shaped cosmetic material support, a coil spring that restrains the female screw portion from moving forward in an axial direction, and a resin spring that restrains the female screw portion from moving rearward in the axial direction. An impact in the axial direction that acts on the female screw portion is absorbed by one spring, and an impact due to a restoring force at the time of restoration of one spring is absorbed by the other spring, whereby a rod-shaped cosmetic material supported by the rod-shaped cosmetic material support put in screw engagement with the female screw portion is sufficiently protected.
WRITING UTENSIL WITH TELESCOPING CAP
A writing utensil with telescopic cap is provided including an elongate cylindrical writing utensil and telescopic cap. The writing utensil is preferably a makeup pencil having a traditional construction including a proximal end and a distal end having a writing tip. The telescoping cap includes a plurality of tubular elements that are concentric and slide telescopically relative to one another. The tubular elements include an innermost tubular element that has a closed end, and an outermost tubular element having an open end. The outermost tubular element has an interior sized diameter for receiving the writing utensil in a pressed-fit manner.
Feeding pencil
A feeding pencil includes a pipe member, a leading tube, a tubular main body, a movable body, and a holding member. The pipe member is disposed inside the leading tube and loads a drawing material. The movable body extends in an axial direction includes a male screw formed across an entire outer periphery thereof in the axial direction. The holding member holds the movable body. The pipe member includes a female screw on an inner surface thereof. The female screw screws with the male screw. A relative rotation between the leading tube and the main body relatively rotates the pipe member and the holding member and acts a screwing action between the male screw and the female screw. The screwing action moves the movable body forward to extrude the drawing material from the pipe member.
