METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SYNCHRONIZING AUDIO AND TEXT, READABLE MEDIUM, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
20230229382 · 2023-07-20 ·

This disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for synchronizing audio and text, a readable medium, and an electronic device, and relates to the technical field of electronic information, the method including: in response to a first page displayed on a presentation interface being updated to a second page, determining whether the second page includes multimedia content, wherein audio corresponding to text in the first page is played while the first page is displayed; if the second page includes the multimedia content and the multimedia content is in a mute playing state, controlling the audio to be played continuously; determining a first playing identification of the audio when the playing of the multimedia content is stopped, and determining corresponding target text in accordance with the first playing identification; and updating the second page to a third page on the presentation interface, the third page including the target text.

Devices for presenting video program segments in accordance with definition documents

Devices, computer-readable media, and methods for presenting segments of at least one video program in accordance with a definition document are disclosed. For example, a processor may load a definition document for at least one video program. The definition document may specify segments of the at least one video program for presentation and further specify segment types for the segments. The segment types may identify whether a segment is to include video content, include audio content, or include both video and audio content. The processor may further obtain the at least one video program, present a first segment of the at least one video program in accordance with the definition document, and present a second segment of the plurality of segments of the at least one video program in accordance with the definition document.

AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS FROM MEDIA ASSET DIFFERENTIALS

The disclosed computer-implemented method may include (1) accessing a first media data object and a different, second media data object that, when played back, each render temporally sequenced content, (2) comparing first temporally sequenced content represented by the first media data object with second temporally sequenced content represented by the second media data object to identify a set of common temporal subsequences between the first media data object and the second media data object, (3) identifying a set of edits relative to the set of common temporal subsequences that describe a difference between the temporally sequenced content of the first media data object and the temporally sequenced content of the second media data object, and (4) executing a workflow relating to the first media data object and/or the second media data object based on the set of edits. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

In a video system for imaging a target object by using first and second imaging devices, an information processing method is executed by the first imaging device. The information processing method includes: a step for acquiring a first elapsed time indicating the time elapsed after start of recording by the first imaging device; a step for requesting the second imaging device to transmit a second elapsed time indicating the time elapsed after start of recording by the second imaging device, and receiving the second elapsed time; a step for acquiring a required time to receive the second elapsed time after the request is made; and a step for, based on the first elapsed time, the second elapsed time, and the required time, calculating an offset time for synchronizing a first moving image recorded by the first imaging device and a second moving image recorded by the second imaging device.

Segment action detection

Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a storage medium storing a program and method for receiving a video comprising a plurality of video segments; selecting a target action sequence that includes a sequence of action phases; receiving features of each of the video segments; computing, based on the received features, for each of the plurality of video segments, a plurality of action phase confidence scores indicating a likelihood that a given video segment includes a given action phase of the sequence of action phases; identifying a set of consecutive video segments of the plurality of video segments that corresponds to the target action sequence, wherein video segments in the set of consecutive video segments are arranged according to the sequence of action phases; and generating a display of the video that includes the set of consecutive video segments and skips other video segments in the video.

Methods, devices, and systems for video segmentation and annotation
11705161 · 2023-07-18 · ·

Methods, devices, and systems for segmenting and annotating videos for analysis are disclosed. A user identifies specific moments of the video that provide a teachable moment. A pre-context and a post-context portion of the video surrounding the identified moment are used to create a tile video. One or more tile videos are compiled in a user-defined order to generate a weave video with a specific focus or theme. The generated weave video is shared with one or more users and can be annotated to facilitate teaching and/or discussion.

Processing and formatting video for interactive presentation

Systems and methods are described for determining a first media item related to an event, of a plurality of stored media items each comprising video content related to the event, that was captured in a device orientation corresponding to a first device orientation detected for the first computing device; providing, to the first computing device, the first media item to be displayed on the first computing device; in response to a detected change to a second device orientation for the first computing device, determining a second media item that was captured in a device orientation corresponding to the second device orientation detected for the first computing device; and providing, to the first computing device, the second media item to be displayed on the first computing device.
