Lipstick case
A lipstick case having a structure wherein a lipstick is exposed outwards when lowering an ascending and descending member which encases the lipstick as rotating a rotation body to one side direction, whereas the lipstick is hidden by the ascending and descending member when the rotation body to the other side direction is rotated and thereby the ascending and descending member ascends. Therefore, it is possible to fundamentally prevent problems in use, e.g. a breakage of lipstick caused by closing a cover part in a state of the lipstick being ascended.
BAKED POWDER PENCILS, STICKS AND PELLETS, AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
A baked powder pencil includes a housing having a base portion with a hollow interior and an opening that opens into the hollow interior. A stick or pellet of baked powder cosmetic material is disposed at least partially within the hollow interior of the base portion. The stick or pellet of baked powder cosmetic material has an end portion that is arranged to extend through the opening of the base portion. The stick or pellet of baked powder cosmetic material is formed into a pre-defined three-dimensional shape and is configured to maintain its three-dimensional shape. The three-dimensional shape of the stick or pellet may have a head section with multiple, generally planar surfaces extending in multiple respectively different planes, or a head section with a semi-spherical or semi-spheroid shape.
COSMETIC APPLICATORS FOR APPLYING COSMETICS OF DIFFERENT COLORS
Cosmetic applicators for applying a cosmetic to a body part of a person are disclosed. The cosmetic applicators include containers in which cosmetics of different colors are respectively contained. The applicators are constructed so that the cosmetics can either be applied together or to be applied individually.

Rod-shaped cosmetic material feeding container
A rod-shaped cosmetic material feeding container includes a tubular-shaped container with a front part and a rear part, a movable body with a male thread at an outer peripheral part, and supporting a rod-shaped cosmetic material at a distal end, and a female threaded member with a female thread at an inner peripheral part. First and second elastic bodies each accumulate resilient force and have different spring constants. The male thread and the female thread constitute a threaded engagement mechanism that, by relative rotation between the front part and the rear part, advances and retracts the movable body and causes the rod-shaped cosmetic material to appear and disappear from an opening of the container. The first elastic body is sandwiched between the rear part and the female threaded member and the second elastic body is sandwiched between the front part and the female threaded member.

A first elastic body is configured to accumulate resilient force against the rear container part and reduce rearward movement of the female thread part in the axial direction. A second elastic body is configured to accumulate resilient force against the front container part and reduce frontward movement of the female thread part in the axial direction. The first elastic body is a resin spring integral with the female thread part.
Stick-like material feeding container
At a distal end of a pipe member 4, a plurality of projections 4n are disposed circumferentially. The projection 4n extends frontward in an axial direction. At a tip end of a leading tube 3, a groove forming section G is disposed. The groove forming section G includes a plurality of grooves 3n circumferentially in an inner peripheral surface. The grooves 3n extend in the axial direction. The projection 4n of the pipe member 4 enters the groove 3n. At the leading tube 3, an inner diameter of a convex part 3p between the grooves 3n and 3n circumferentially arranged and an inner diameter of a pipe part that houses the projection 4n of the pipe member 4 and the stick-like material rearward with respect to this projection 4n of the pipe member are identical size.
Multifunctional cosmetic applicator
A cosmetic applicator includes a hollow seat including a projecting axial sleeve, a threaded shank moveably disposed through the sleeve, a cup at an end of the threaded shank, and slits on the cup; a casing secured to the seat, the casing being configured to receive the threaded shank and including ribs on an inner surface, the ribs being inserted into the slits; a first activation assembly including an exterior case secured to the seat, an interior case, a sleeve member, a sleeve element, first external threads on an inner surface of the exterior case, a first flange at an end of the interior case, second external threads on an inner surface of the interior case, a hollow cylinder in the interior case, and a second flange at a first end of the hollow cylinder; and a hollow intermediate case secured onto the first and a second activation assemblies.
