Device for packaging, dispensing and applying a solid or pasty block of cosmetic product The present application relates to a device for packaging, dispensing and applying a block of solid or pasty cosmetic product, comprising a longitudinal tubular case having an open first end, intended for dispensing the cosmetic product, and an opposite second end that is closed by a base accommodating a mechanism for driving a support for holding said cosmetic product in translation along the case, characterized in that the device has, at the open first end of the case, an external envelope with a longitudinal central axis offset radially with respect to a longitudinal central axis of an external envelope of the device at the opposite end of the case that is closed by the base.
DISPENSERS
A method of manufacturing a dispenser for a product in stick form (50). The dispenser includes an inner tube (12) and a product concealing tube (16) disposed outwardly of the inner tube (12). The product concealing tube (16) is retractable and extendable relative to the inner tube (12) for exposing and covering a product stick (50) extending from a distal end of the inner tube (12) in use. The method includes: providing a first blank of sheet material for providing the inner tube (12) of the dispenser; wrapping the first blank around a mandrel to provide the inner tube (12) of the dispenser; and providing a second blank of sheet material for providing the product concealing tube (16) of the dispenser. The second blank comprises a slot, and a guide element (38) disposed within the slot. The method also includes: applying a bonding agent to the second blank in a region corresponding to a surface of the guide element (38); and wrapping the second blank around the inner tube (12) while the inner tube (12) is held on a mandrel to provide the product concealing tube (16), with the surface of the guide element (38) to which bonding agent has been applied facing the inner tube (12), such that the guide element (38) becomes bonded to an exterior surface of the inner tube (12). The slot provides a recess (24) in the interior surface of the formed product concealing tube (16). In use, the product concealing tube (16) is movable relative to the inner tube (12) with the guide element (38) cooperating with the recess (24) for guiding the movement of the product concealing tube (16) relative to the inner tube (12). There is also provided a dispenser for a product in stick form (50).

A cosmetic container may include a base assembly including an open top and a closed bottom, and a cap configured to be removably coupled to the base assembly. The base assembly may include a helical slot on an inner surface. The cosmetic container may include a shell configured to fit within the base assembly, and a cup configured to fit within the shell. The cup may be configured to engage with the helical slot to move up and down within the cosmetic container. The cup may be configured for holding a cosmetic product stick. The base assembly, the shell, the cup and the cap may be formed from a same eco-friendly material.
ROD-SHAPED COSMETIC MATERIAL FEEDING CONTAINER
A rod-shaped cosmetic material feeding container includes a sleeve that is capable of accommodating a rod-shaped cosmetic material, a barrel that is engaged with the sleeve so as to be rotatable relative to the sleeve, a screw that is disposed inside the barrel so as to be synchronously rotatable, and a mechanism portion that is accommodated inside the sleeve and the barrel and configured to feed out the rod-shaped cosmetic material. The screw includes a slope and a female screw. The mechanism portion includes a lead holder, an ejection rod, and a propelling rod. The sleeve has an advancing limit reached by the lead holder of the mechanism portion fed out by a screwing action of the female screw and a male screw when the sleeve and the barrel are rotated relative to each other.

A cartridge is provided with a cartridge outer tube having a through hole and a support member that supports a cosmetic and that is received in the cartridge outer tube so as to be movable in the axial direction; the support member has a rod shaft portion that is linked to a tip end of a push rod at a base end thereof and a support tube that is provided on a tip end of the rod shaft portion and that supports the cosmetic; the through hole has a tip-end storing hole that stores the cosmetic and a base-end sliding hole that is provided so as to communicate with the tip-end storing hole, the base-end sliding hole being configured such that a linking portion formed of the tip end of the push rod and the base end of the support member slides therein in a linkage unreleasable state; and the linking portion is moved out from the base-end sliding hole by a feeding mechanism and is moved in a linkage releasable region in the tip-end storing hole.

A cosmetic material container includes a container body, a leading cylinder, and a cap forming a hole to receive the leading cylinder. A leading cylinder front portion forms an opening and is tapered toward the opening. A cross section of the leading cylinder front portion forms a flattened shape extending in a first major axis and a first minor axis. A closed-ended closing portion inside the cap covers the opening of the leading cylinder, and has an inner surface to contact the leading cylinder front portion. A cross section of the hole of the cap forms a flattened shape extending in a second major axis and a second minor axis. The hole includes a guide surface so that the first major axis of the leading cylinder front portion coincides with the second major axis of the hole of the cap when the leading cylinder is inserted into the hole.
