Device for packaging, dispensing and applying a solid or pasty block of cosmetic product
Device for packaging, dispensing and applying a solid or pasty block of cosmetic product The present application relates to a device for packaging, dispensing and applying a block of solid or pasty cosmetic product, comprising a longitudinal tubular case having an open first end, intended for dispensing the cosmetic product, and an opposite second end that is closed by a base accommodating a mechanism for driving a support for holding said cosmetic product in translation along the case, characterized in that the device has, at the open first end of the case, an external envelope with a longitudinal central axis offset radially with respect to a longitudinal central axis of an external envelope of the device at the opposite end of the case that is closed by the base.
Rod-shaped object feeding container
A rod-shaped object feeding container includes a cartridge unit and a knock mechanism unit. The cartridge unit includes a movable body and a female screw member. The knock mechanism unit includes a coupling member, a knock member, a spring member, a main body tube, and a rotary member. When the knock member is pressed, the knock member converts a force with which the knock member is pressed into a rotational force and causes the coupling member and the female screw member to be rotated in one direction so as to advance the movable body and the rod-shaped object. When the rotary member is rotated relative to the main body tube in an opposite direction, the rotary member causes the coupling member and the female screw member to be rotated in the opposite direction so as to retract the movable body and the rod-shaped object.
MECHANISM FOR A CASE FOR APPLYING A COSMETIC PRODUCT, IN PARTICULAR A LIPSTICK, AND CASE INCLUDING SUCH A MECHANISM
A mechanism for a case for applying a cosmetic product having a main axis includes a sleeve arranged around a head of a guide to which the sleeve is secured. The head of the guide includes snap-fitting attachment means configured to cooperate with complementary means of the sleeve in order to axially immobilize the sleeve with respect to the guide, and rotational blocking means intended to cooperate with the complementary means of the sleeve to rotationally block the sleeve with respect to the guide.
ROTATING MECHANISM OF A COSMETIC CASE
A rotating mechanism for a cosmetic case includes a slider (2) that is equipped with two studs, each of which crosses a helicoidal opening (6) of a spiral casing (3) that is pressed onto the slider (2). The studs each extend into a longitudinal port that is arranged inside an exterior sleeve (4) and that is pressed onto the spiral casing (3). The slider (2) includes two parts, namely an upper end including a cradle (13) designed to receive a cosmetic product, and an elongated cylindrical portion (14) in which the studs at its lower end are arranged.
Rod-shaped cosmetic material feeding container
A rod-shaped cosmetic material feeding container having a movable body housed in a container main body in which the movable body advances by an operation of an operating portion. A rod-shaped cosmetic material is fed by the advance of the movable body to project from an opening of a leading tube. The leading tube has the tip end and a main body, the tip end being made of a soft material, the main body being installed consecutively to the tip end and extending in an axial direction. Further, the main body of the leading tube is made of a hard material and has an elongated tube hole (e.g., having a drop or rhombic shape in cross-section) formed inside. A top end surface on the tip end has a tapered surface tapered to peak at an outside surface of the tip end when viewed from a tip side.
Cosmetic applicator with rotary cartridge
A cosmetic applicator includes a body which includes a tip part and an extension which has a threaded portion. A case has a rotary member threadedly connected to the threaded portion. A contact member is received in the case which has a contact portion located corresponding to the shoulder of the body. A liquid supply unit is axially received in the body and the case, and has a liquid tube, a duct and a guide tube. The liquid tube contacts the contact member. The duct is inserted in the liquid tube and has a passage. A sealing member is removably located at the duct to seal or open the guide tube. A clip is connected to a groove between the case and the body before first use. The clip is removed and the case is rotated to move the sealing member to allow cosmetic liquid to reach the tip part.
Dispensers
A method of manufacturing a dispenser for a product in stick form (50). The dispenser includes an inner tube (12) and a product concealing tube (16) disposed outwardly of the inner tube (12). The product concealing tube (16) is retractable and extendable relative to the inner tube (12) for exposing and covering a product stick (50) extending from a distal end of the inner tube (12) in use. The method includes: providing a first blank of sheet material for providing the inner tube (12) of the dispenser; wrapping the first blank around a mandrel to provide the inner tube (12) of the dispenser; and providing a second blank of sheet material for providing the product concealing tube (16) of the dispenser. The second blank comprises a slot, and a guide element (38) disposed within the slot. The method also includes: applying a bonding agent to the second blank in a region corresponding to a surface of the guide element (38); and wrapping the second blank around the inner tube (12) while the inner tube (12) is held on a mandrel to provide the product concealing tube (16), with the surface of the guide element (38) to which bonding agent has been applied facing the inner tube (12), such that the guide element (38) becomes bonded to an exterior surface of the inner tube (12). The slot provides a recess (24) in the interior surface of the formed product concealing tube (16). In use, the product concealing tube (16) is movable relative to the inner tube (12) with the guide element (38) cooperating with the recess (24) for guiding the movement of the product concealing tube (16) relative to the inner tube (12). There is also provided a dispenser for a product in stick form (50).
Mechanism for a container for applying a cosmetic product and container comprising such a mechanism
A mechanism for a container for applying a cosmetic product is designed to cause the cosmetic product to exit by at least one rotational movement. The mechanism includes at least one plastic sheath and one plastic casing external to the sheath, the plastic material of the sheath and the plastic material of the casing are selected from polypropylene and/or polyethylene terephthalate.
BAKED POWDER PENCILS, STICKS AND PELLETS, AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
A baked powder pencil includes a housing having a base portion with a hollow interior and an opening that opens into the hollow interior. A stick or pellet of baked powder cosmetic material is disposed at least partially within the hollow interior of the base portion. The stick or pellet of baked powder cosmetic material has an end portion that is arranged to extend through the opening of the base portion. The stick or pellet of baked powder cosmetic material is formed into a pre-defined three-dimensional shape and is configured to maintain its three-dimensional shape. The three-dimensional shape of the stick or pellet may have a head section with multiple, generally planar surfaces extending in multiple respectively different planes, or a head section with a semi-spherical or semi-spheroid shape.
REFILLABLE STICK DEODORANT DISPENSER
Reusable stick deodorant containers and associated inserts are disclosed. The container includes a rotatable detachable base that allows an empty insert to be removed and replaced with a full insert. Each insert includes a screw and a follower that engages the screw. The screw engages the detachable base following insertion into the container, so that rotating the base causes the screw to rotate, moving the follower through the insert and expelling the end of a deodorant stick that is disposed upon the follower.
