An applicator for providing localized relief and treatment to sensitive areas of the face, head, or body as a result of injury, trauma, operation, or cosmetic use. The applicator has an inner layer and an outer layer. The inner layer is saturated with a liquid to provide treatment or relief to the target area. The outer layer is at least semi-permeable so that when the applicator contacts the target area, the treatment liquid will seep out of the inner layer and pass through the outer layer onto to the skin or wound at the target area.

The applicator assembly delivers a cosmetic, health, or hygiene chemical composition in an active state to the user for a disposable single use. The applicator assembly includes a wrapper, and an insert. The insert holds the chemical composition, and the insert is made of a foam composition compatible with the chemical composition. The system and method for manufacturing the assembly is a web conversion process for the chemical composition and foam composition of the assembly. The insert body of the assembly is made of a foam composition compatible with the cosmetic or other hygiene or medical treatment of the chemical composition and the manufacturing process. The foam composition includes a reaction product of water, clay, polyacrylate, silane, methanol, ethylenediamine, and polyurethane prepolymer.

The invention relates to a hair treatment method for treating hair by using a hair treatment tool (1). The hair treatment tool (1) includes: a fiber structure member (5) that retains a hair cosmetic; and a liquid-impermeable sheet (3) to which the fiber structure member (5) is fixed. The fiber structure member (5) retains a hair cosmetic that includes a pigment and a film-forming resin, and is sealed in a packaging (2). The hair treatment method of the invention treats hair by: exposing a surface of the fiber structure member (5) of the hair treatment tool (1); and bringing the fiber structure member (5) into contact with hair, and in this state, moving the fiber structure member (5) in a direction of orientation of the hair.

A thin film application device used to apply a thin film on an applied face of an application object includes a frame mountable to the application object, and a thin film holding member, that has a tentative application portion to which the thin film can be tentatively applied to a side face facing the applied face in use, and that is supported by the frame so that the tentative application portion can be pressed against the applied face, and that is detachably mountable to the frame.

The described invention relates, in part, to cosmetic sheet structures for application to a region of skin of the human body, the cosmetic sheet structure comprising a cosmetic layer comprising material impregnated with at least active ingredient contained in the cosmetic sheet structure and transferrable to the region. According to some embodiments, the cosmetic sheet structures are used to improve the appearance of skin and/or for decorative purposes.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a cosmetic arrangement can be provided, which can include a first structure that can enclose a cosmetic active ingredient(s), a second structure that can enclose a solvent solution, a third structure(s) that can separate the solvent solution from the cosmetic active ingredient(s), a medium that can be configured to absorb a mixture of the cosmetic active ingredient(s) and solvent solution, and an indicator structure that can be configured to indicate whether the cosmetic active ingredient(s) and the solvent solution have come in contact with one another. A makeup remover mask includes a first sheet of an absorbent material having a periphery with a concave section; and a second sheet of an absorbent material having a periphery with a convex section. Provided is a packaging for a fluid product, in particular a cosmetic or a skin care product. The packaging may include a receptacle defining a containment volume of the cosmetic product and an opening into the containment volume. The packaging may further include a lid configured to engage with the receptacle and close the opening. The use of the methods for producing the bio-cellulose sheet without a supporting means and the product including the bio-cellulose sheet results in increased efficiency and a reduced production cost.

The invention relates to a kit for topical, cosmetic treatment of the eye and of the skin and cosmetic contained therein for application on the eye and on the skin.
